Lovely Hotel, a warm welcome and the rooms were nicely laid out

Many thanks for your awesome hospitality! I found everything i was looking for & more: a friendly helpful landlady, a very comfy spotless room with beautiful charming decor & a 24/7 sea view from my window. This singular is spacious enough for my yoga mat. There are Cooplans and another lovely bakery shop in very close proximity. 10 min walking to the town center, 5 descending to the North Bay. How about sitting in your comfy chair with a cuppa watching regatta withing sunset?

Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und sehr gemütlich.Schöner Blick aufs Meer, auch vom Bett aus. Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Parken war mit ausgehändigter Parkkarte kostenfrei an der Straße möglich. Bietet kaum ein anderes Hotel. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Komme gerne wieder.

Friendly welcome from the owner and very hospitable, this was just what I needed and would be my first choice if visiting Scarborough in future - whether by myself or with family. Breakfast was particularly good value.

Great Location between Scarborough Open Air Theatre and Town

Lovely quiet hotel. No air conditioning so was hot and stuffy in room. Amazing view.

Lovely view, great room for the price, clean comfortable and love the fact that there was a mini fridge!

Good location for Peasholm Park/Outdoor Theatre and the castle. Rooms very clean and comfy. Breakfast really good.

Absolutely lovely guest house with a lovely lady susannah. So helpful. Hotel so clean and nothing a problem at all , close to town within walking distance, and car parking available

All nice and good

2 night stay in a single room. I arrived well before check in time so the room was not ready. I needed to change clothes and freshen up and the hostess really went out of her way to facilitate this. It was therefore a great check in. The room was perfect size with an ensuite shower and toilet. The shower was very good. Hot and powerful. Its so disappointing to have a bad shower, so full marks!! Breakfast also scored full marks. A nice selection of dishes. I opted for a full breakfast and received this quickly, all freshly cooked. I ate out in town and returned to the property not too late! I had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. With regards to parking, there was adequate but limited free parking at the property. As the property was full, the hostess provided parking discs which meant I could park safely right outside. The view from the property over the bay and old castle was stunning and it only took 15 minutes to walk into town and down to the South Beach. I strongly recommend this property for stays in Scarborough and will be returning in the future.

Excellent value for money. A cosy, well equipped room which was spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful owners. Delicious, generous sized breakfast, and the parking permits make staying here very convenient.
