아주 로맨틱한 클래식한 호텔이었어요. 넓은 방과 화장실, 많은 수납장으로 아주 여유로운 공간이었습니다.

Everything was perfect, the bed was so soft & the breakfast was exceptional

The Queensberry stands out amongst other hotels because it is exquisite and beautiful. The staff go the extra mile for every single thing you ask of them. I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return. This trip was my second time to the Queensberry and it definitely won’t be my last! You won’t be disappointed!

The property is beautiful, the staff discreet and attentive and if all the rooms are like ours, well appointed and simply sublime. The location is central and almost perfect. If you have mobility issues (like we do) ensure you request a room directly adjacent the lift, otherwise stairs must be used. Additionally, ask how the en suite bathroom is set; ours had a (lovely to look at) high sided, freestanding bath with shower, very difficult (for us) to get in and out, also, there was no antislip mat. One last 'whinge' there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms (they are in the guest reception room on the ground floor.

Beautiful place to stay! The staff were top notch-extremely friendly. Property was impressively decorated. Several lounging spaces to rest and enjoy. Great location to walk to everywhere you need.

Fabulous hotel, loads of character and just a short walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable of the area and nothing was to much trouble. Didn't eat in the 'Michelin Starred' restaurant but breakfast was great, would recommended the eggs benedict. Not your run of the mill hotel, worth the little indulgence.

Looking for an excuse to visit bath again and come back. Well done all

Tiny hotel but gigantic room. Staff were amazing. Hotel guest were so mean and they handled it all with grace. I felt like I was in a storybook English countryside hotel. Will definitely go back!

Too many stairs

I can’t imagine anyone staying at any other property in Bath for their visit. The room was gorgeous, the staff was exceptional, and the little touches like turn down service was greatly appreciated!

Beautiful hotel walking distance to the shops, restaurants and sights in Central Bath. Large, comfortable, well appointed room. Valet car parking, expensive, but worth the convenience.

Wonderful place to stay

Hotel was a bit of a walk to dining and shops, but definitely walkable. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was amazing! The night we were available, the restaurant was closed. Bummed that we didn’t get to try it. Overall, excellent stay!
