얼스코트역이 가까워서 좋았고, 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 가고싶어요!

주변도 깨끗하고 첼시 경기보러가기도 제격인 숙소. 내부도 너무 깨끗하고 직원분들도 엄청 친절합니다!!!

Kind and capable staffs, stylish&clean room, wonderful service! I would definitely return to this hotel for the next time and the card they gave us upon arrival was very impressive and made our day!

방이 아주 깔끔하고 아늑한 분위기이고 방 크기도 생각보다 작지 않았습니다. 기본적인 식기류나 전자렌지가 있는 것도 편리합니다. 번화가는 아니지만 지하철역에서 가까워요. 전반적으로 추천할만한 숙소입니다

조용한 동네에 깔끔한 숙소. 걸어서 2-3분 거리 튜브 있음.

주요 관광지를 한 번에 갈 수 있는 피카딜리와 디스트릭트 라인이 있어서 이동하기에도 편리했어요. 객실내에 다리미, 포트, 식기류까지 다 준비되어 있어서 장기 숙박하며 가끔 객실에서 끼니를 때우고 하기에도 좋았습니다. 다음에 런던에 또 오게된다면 여기에 또 묵고 싶어요!

나름 준수했던 숙소. 편안함, 청결함, 방 내 시설 등 대부분이 갖추어져 있으며 직원도 매우 친절하다. 육각형의 숙소라고 평가하고 싶다. 다만 켄싱턴이라는 위치적인 단점과 주변시설의 부재, 그리고 숙소에 기본적인 생수를 지급하지 않는 부분은 아쉬웠다. 그 외에는 훌륭했다.

This was the perfect pied à terre pour visiter Londres. Personnel toujours serviable et attentif à nos besoins.

We loved our stay at The Resident Kensington! The kitchenette was convenient, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood also felt very quaint, safe, and quiet. We would return for future visits to London!

Loved that there were restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The train station was very close by. The safe was very helpful. I would stay again.

Clean hotel, centrally located, with very nice staff. However, we had to pay 30 pounds per night for our room upgrade. This was an unwelcome surprise.

A perfect location for hopping on and off the underground. The staff was exceptional. Rooms are large and come with many amenities, such as microwave and mini fridge. Nearby, pubs, and bakeries.

Very comfortable accommodation and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great location too.

I really liked the smallness of the hotel--the fact that it wasn't a huge chain. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the immediate area and provided good suggestions both walkable and via the tube to food and entertainment options. Though my room was by the elevator, it was very quiet. The hotel room was small but it had everything I needed and then some. Loved the heated towel bar and the little kitchenette and the touch of a bottle of wine on arrival was sweet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
