This Aparthotel model worked really well for us - it's light on amenities (no room service, small lobby, etc), but we didn't need that. What it did provide was a large, clean, functional space that felt like home for our week-long stay. The little kitchen included an oven, cookware, stovetop, and even a small washer/dryer unit. There was plentiful closet space, and room for us to spread out. The location was close enough to two different tube stations to be relatively straightforward to get basically anywhere in the city, it's an easy walk to some shops and restaurants, and there are Lime bike parking spots just around the corner, making it even more convenient. Overall, a perfect match for my son and I to stay for 8 days.

The double glazing had extra lining around the windows. This was coming away and because of this the sounds from the road were louder than they should be. Also in the bathroom there is a vent/monitor which had a very irritating noise, like a mosquito buzz. Had to shut the bathroom door to sleep.

Private quiet and great location

Nice and handy with 10 minute walk to Farringdon train station and walkable into London centre. Also walking distance to convenience store for food to cook in the kitchen. Clean, comfortable and great to be able to do our washing

This was my first time staying at an apart hotel and it was great! We stayed in a studio room and it was perfect for me and my 9year old daughter. The room was very clean when we arrived. There were complimentary soap for the dishwasher and clothes washer. We had complimentary coffee which was also nice. We really felt like this was a comfortable home away from home and we stayed for 8 night. Staff was always friendly and housekeeping too. It sometimes could be a little noisy, we would hear loud squeaks which I think was the water pipes from other rooms? It was a bit annoying and loud. We were also right outside supply closets so we could hear whenever someone was getting cleaning supplies. Also our room had a plexiglass separating the living room and bedroom. While this was nice, it would have been even nicer to be able to watch the TV from the bed. There was one day we returned early and wanted to watch a movie in bed but we couldn’t see it so we had to sit in front of the plexiglass which was fine but not as comfortable. Overall, we loved it here and would stay again.

We enjoyed staying at the Rosebery. Very spacious and clean room with full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Location and access to buses and the Tube are awesome. It is actually much closer to “downtown” London than you think. The tub for the shower is hard to get in and out of since it’s very deep. Also the location and functionality of light switches and power sockets do not make sense. They do remove trash daily, but full service is done weekly. They do charge for extra sets of towels. Our room faced Rosebery Ave which tends to be noisy at night with loud motorcycles and Police Sirens. Would we stay here again, most likely.

Great location

Great stay all around - the room itself was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I was looking for. Staff was very helpful too.

Firstly, I would like to say I’ll never stay at this property every again. It was one of my worst ever experiences staying at this apartment. On arrival the staff was extremely rude to me, abrupt and unhelpful. The room was not ready, I booked the best room in the apartment and they did not have the single bed set up when I got there. I stayed there with myself and two other guests and they only had two towels in the room. When I asked for extra towels they said they don’t provide extra towels, it’s an apartment and I should have brought my own towels. Additionally, they only gave me one toilet roll and when I asked for more they told me they do not provide extra toilet rolls I should have brought my own because it’s an apartment. Later, on the Saturday I asked for them to print out my tickets for an event & they said they have no paper and do not print for anyone under any circumstances. I’m extremely disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this room and could have definitely had a better experience again. I’m not going to be booking to stay at this apartment/hotel ever again. I wish I never stayed here and I would love to get a refund.

Beautiful room with tons of natural light that feels more like your own flat than a hotel room. Functional kitchen, washer/drier in room (which we struggled with but I think it was more user error, drier took FOREVER to dry clothes), and the even included some amazing snacks, water, and tea for our stay. Very comfortable, tons of modern touches. Great walkable location close to the underground, tons of restaurants, i could go on and on. Perfect home for our week in London.
