오버 부킹으로 인해서 도착하니 방이 없다며 해당 호텔이 아닌 옆 건물 다른방으로 안내. 엘레베이터가 없고, 매우 작고 더러운 방에, 거미줄 쳐있고, 커텐은 뜯어져 있고, 변기물은 안내려가고, 냉장고에서는 소리나며, 샤워기 호수에서는 물이 새서, 결국 2박중 1박은 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 사정이 생겨서 급하게 당일날 예약해서 이 싸구려 호텔을 2박 서비스료 합쳐서 100만원 넘게 숙박했습니다. 이런 호텔은 1박에 50만원으로 올려 놓은 호텔스 닷컴도 문제입니다. 원래 가격에 비해 터무니 없는 가격이지요.

방이 매우 좁음. 일반룸은 반지하에 있음. 변기물이 잘 안내려감. 나머지는 그럭저럭임.

Shower was extra small with a corner closing door that did NOT stay closed!!! Shower had mold and the head sprayed out on to the ceiling. Terrible shower!! The bed was very hard! Maybe a foam topper would improve the comfort, or better yet, a new mattress. The point of staying in a hotel is good night sleep and a hot shower. Both were failures!!!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location was great, a quick walk to the underground and Notting Hill. The staff were super nice. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I was really pleased with this place, as it had everything I needed for a short business trip. A microwave on the room might have been useful, but not a huge issue. The bed was really comfortable. Having friendly staff on reception was definitely a bonus. Location is great with tube and several bus routes close by. Lots of shops to get provisions. However, the street that the hotel is on was extremely quiet.

Clean, functional and comfy enough. Hotel staff were friendly and i felt it was fair value.

I like staying here when i come to London the price is fair the location is excellent for all types of activities and its quiet surprisingly the staff is excellent and helpful and i will be back next year for carnival save me a room

The hotel itself looks dated. Apperared like a bedsit with hob and kettle. Window was open when we arrived. No aircon in the room was a tight fit but dud the job for night sleep. Not a lot of plugs to charge items near the bed.Was expecting a little more.But the reception was accomodating and friendly.

Friendly staff, great quiet location, clean room, spacious for basement room. All amenities, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. also dining table with chairs, bedside cabinet and table for work purposes, etc with chair. Would definitely book again.

Fint hotel at overnatte i, tæt på transport og butikker mv. Dejlig roligt omkring.

Jättetrevlig personal, rena rum med bra takhöjd. Rummen var små och spartanskt inredda, med liten tv och inga sänglampor. Men inget att klaga på sett till priset

Notre sejour s'est très bien passé, la chambre est petite mais suffisante. L'insonorisation est mauvaise, mais si vous n'avez pas de familles d'éléphants comme voisin ça devrait aller.

(Shoutout to Sam at the front desk) Full kitchen with fridge, 2 top stove burner, microwave and kettle- you can even ask for cutting knives and pans at the front desk Space heater LOCATION: Amazing walk ability: less than 1000 feet to PureGym, many pubs and food and shopping Only .3 miles from the nearest train station (Bayswater) .4 miles to Kensington park Clean everyday with fresh linens, coffee refill, and dish cleaning Cable TV Cons: Rock solid bed- we would wake up every two hours or so with sore hips and shoulders (we’re in our late 20’s sooooo do with that what you will) WiFi SLOW, if existent at all Pretty tight space, like you have to step out of the bathroom to dry off and if you sit on the toilet your knees touch the sink Thin ceilings, we were on the first floor and the room above us had kids and they would wake us up at like 6:30am running and stomping around and they would keep us up past 11p doing the same thing.
