Up to standards would stay again

The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic.

I wondered beforehand in view of the modest price, but they have achieved that by reducing personnel rather than quality. The whole place is automated, they send a code so you let yourself in, breakfast is modest but adequate (and there is a 'Spoons just up the street if you fancy more!). Short walk from the station, warm & comfortable, would go again if ever in Boston. I needed to leave some luggage at check out for collection later in the day, that worked perfectly, by prior arrangement, and that was the only time I ever met a member of staff.

Ideal for a couple of nights away rooms are immaculate and have enough tea coffee etc to keep you going but additional supplies are available in kitchen if needed. Lots to do around the hotel ear and drink wise All round great place to stay!!

Room was modern and clean. The kitchenette was really handy. It's a shame it didn't have an iron. I would definitely stay here again. The bed wasn't the comfiest, just okay.

Lovely modern clean room with gorgeous ensuite and roof terrace. Continental breakfast great, plenty of fresh choice. Staff friendly and fantastic central location. Would definitely stay again, thanks.

Very clean place, bathroom is spotless an really modern! Highly recommend.

Nice big comfy bed, hotel very clean

Check in process was horrendous, and I didn’t like the fact there was no physical key and had to input numbers into the keypad, anyone could have heard the numbers if talking amongst yourselves trying to get into the room. Felt very unsafe. Especially then have to use a back entrance that felt down a dodgy street, people chucking their rubbish into the doorway. None of the controllers for the lights to change the colours worked. Didn’t come across any staff to Comment Grouting in the bathroom is filthy; dirty marks up the wall, the windows were awful and also leaked water absolutely everywhere all over new items and gifts. The smell of the room was over done and once it settled it was evident it was to cover up the damp smells. Contacted the hotel to give them chance to rectify before doing a review but they haven’t so will Be speaking to bank about recalllif the money

Hotel was clean Everything was good except the shower hose was broken on the hand held head as there was a rain fall overhead this was not a big problem Matress was a bit bouncy and soft for us Breakfast was ok Good and centrally located Easy access Never saw any staff as all self serviced

Nice bedroom One minor point, breakfast offering is very basic. Appart from that it was a good stay

The shower we had well, it started flooding. We had to take the little plug thing out of the shower because the water just would not drain.

A lovely hotel in a very good location. The breakfast was ok, but when items had run out they weren't replaced as there didn't appear to be anyone to replace them or even to ask. The hotel didn't seem to be manned at all. The room was lovely except for the noisy extractor fan from the property opposite which went on all night. Unfortunately, we also were next to someone who at 3am in the morning was swearing and shouting down his phone outside of our door. Not good for trying to sleep!!
