A wonderful place to stay, home away from home, I couldn’t recommend more.

Great location in a beautiful village. Easy parking. Nicely furnished rooms and really friendly staff. Great pub menu and great breakfast!

Lovely hotel in quiet location. Second stay here. Food excellent, service friendly and down to earth. Will be back next year on route to France.

Great place to stay, service and food was outstanding in the pub for dinner, the rooms were quirky and very clean, if you like an old building with character the windmill will be a good fit

Great welcome when we arrived

Overall a nice stay at a good price with a friendly welcome. room was lovely and clean with good facilities Tv set up needs looking at nice to have amazon and netflix etc but whole system is all apps no freeview or sky to just watch channel of choice as you normally would. Problem with heating sorted quickly. Lose tap on sink minor but reported. A lovely stay overall and would return ideal for serious foodies with expensive but good quality food menu which we didnt use as we had other plans. Perfect location for a leeds castle trip or a overnight stay to onward european trip or just a couples get away at the right price.

This place was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The meals were top notch. The ambience was perfect. I would recommend the Windmill to anyone who wants a genuine and traditional British experience.

The hotel was really lovely and comfortable. They thought of everything you could possibly need, incuding individually wrapped ear plugs, in case of noisy next door guests! It was also so authentic in its decor

Stopped overnight enroute to LeShuttle, very convenient just off the M20, in a village. Room spacious and comfy, with good quality tea/coffee. Enjoyed a tasty meal downstairs in the restaurant. In the room you could hear the people in the restaurant talking, but it was silent after 10pm (and they do provide earplugs if needed). Having originally booked room only, we decided that we would have breakfast as the dinner had been good. However when we went down the external stairs from the accommodation, the pub was all locked up and the agency chef was standing outside not able to get in. We waited until 8:05, but decided to head off as we needed to catch our train. It was a shame as breakfast was advertised in the car park as being available every day feom 8am.

Beautiful village and the pub Front of house staff haven't attended Charm School SHOWER not a great temperature and didn't drain from shower tray as it should Charged an additional £6 - no idea what for!? On morning of departure there was nobody in the Bar so I could return the room key and mention the Shower Fail Underwhelmed Lacklustre Disappointed when I was so looking forward to a stay in a cosy welcoming pub in a picturesque part of the Kent countryside...

Very pleasantly surprised by our stay here, the pictures do not do it justice. Very comfy bed, fancy facilities like large very fluffy towels, very nice bathroom products, great selections of hot drinks. Only thing I would say is that if you are very tall, be careful of the low ceilings!

It was a very nice stay and had really good, friendly staff plus the food was excellent. Second time here and will not be our last.

Very friendly pub. The room is well presented with modern comforts. It has retained its natural beauty with exposed wooden beams, a large fireplace in the pub and locally produced food and beverage. Would recommend.

We had a fabulous stay there, the rooms were well equipped and furnished, very warm & homely, felt newly decorated yet reflected the heritage of the very old building that The Windmill is. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and was delicious and well presented.

We loved our one night stay at the Windmill! The staff are friendly and helpful and both the pub and rooms are just gorgeous. The place manages to be both light, airy and clean as well as rustic, homely and super cosy. We also had a delicious breakfast in the pub. We'll be back!

Really lovely place to stay, gorgeous bedrooms, friendly staff and lovely food. I was sorry we only stayed a night - we hope to come back for longer next time!

We spent 3 nights there visiting family! This was a wonderful experience both for us and our sons! Service and care were top notch and I would certainly recommend that you stay here!
