Tired hotel room, aircon looked like it never been serviced or cleaned! Room smelt, pillows flat and lumpy

Great location close to Covent Garden. Spacious rooms (for London). Good to have storage room in the bathroom.

The family room was a very good size, employees are very nice.

There was no hot water in the room, was told that we were upgraded to a king room but it was two Donnie beds pushed together. The shower screen was also broken and issue with toilet plumbing. Really not worth it for the price

Clean. Good central location. Quiet area. Easy access to TCR and Holborn stn.

Clean room, comfy bed and polite staff. Loved the chrismas decorations on the ground floor. My only issue is the buffet breakfast was not vegan friendly. All food was grouped together , freash fruit placed next to cold meat. Cooked options only included mushroom and tomato's which was also placed right next to egg and cooked meat.

This hotel is located in a very nice area. Just around the corner from the British Hotel and right down the street from the Tottenham station. Very clean with very good service. Nice bar in the lobby.

We were given a nice quiet room at the back of the hotel, no noise at all. Good size room but it lacked any nice little details. No bottles/carfe of water, no box of tissues. The toiletries were really bad quality. But the window would open and you could control the rooms temperature. The breakfast was ok. But the food was offered like warm. The quality of the orange juice was awful but the staff were great.

Old, tired room, though large for London. Very nice and accommodating staff. Shower was horrible. Half-wall shower door (who thought of this, and why do hotels buy them?) and terrible shower head got water all over the floor. Good breakfast included in (high) price. Well located.

Idris on reception was delightful. Professional, chatty and was happy to give us information about the local area. We requested fresh milk for tye room and went and fetched this himself for us. 5 star service from him😊 All the staff were chatty and courteous and couldn’t do enough for you. We would stay again for sure. We had a family room booked and this was big enough for 3 adults

The room had a terrible smell of deodorant to cover bad smalls. Dirty carpet on the floor, cheap sheets, cheap towels, uncomfortable mattress. Yes, location is great, but the rate is entirely unreasonable. Breakfazst was good

Great location, quiet, staff friendly. Bed and pillows old and uncomfortable. Heater made prolonged clicking noise before turning on.

All a bit tired and in need of a refurb. Nice staff, clean room, ok breakfast.

The room was clean, the staff was very pleasant. We booked a room for 3 , the room was only preperred for 3 by an extra bed, the extra bed was below standard. We had many laugh about it though. The hotel had no excutive lounge, no complementary breakfast. Perfect locacation, but miles off from Thistle Marble Arch where we stayed last year. We also had problems with the aircon, either to hot or to cold.

Rooms were pretty old such as rug, paint chipping, stains on car and headboard and bed’s boxspring.

We booked with breakfast. However, it wa not accept to have the breakfast. We want to get the reimbursement.
