Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

I saw a bug called silverfish crawling around in my room for two days, and I talked about it, but there was no action. Even a smaller silverfish crawled around in bed linen the night I reported it. It was the worst because I felt like I shared a bed with a bug. I even filmed two videos and showed them, but it ended with "Sorry."

타워오브런던브릿지 바로옆 호텔입니다 버스승강장도 바로 앞에 있고 지하철역도 도보 1분거리에 있어요 호텔 청결했고 매일 청소해주고 직원들도 매우 친절하고 영국이 처음 방문인데 편안하게 쉬었다갑니다 깨끗해서 한국인들이 방문하는것같아요 딸이 런던에서 학교다니는데 조금은 안심이 되네요 깨끗한 도시네요 런던~~ 아이들과 다시한번 방문하고 싶습니다~❤️

마루바닥으로 시걸이 아주 청결하고 매일 청소와 설거지까지 완벽했습니다. 룸이 아주 넓어 장기간 가족여행에도 아주 적합하고 조식도 가격대비 상당히 괜찮은 편입니다. 다만, 전철 옆 객실의 경우 소음과 진동이 조금 방해가 될 수 있습니다.

가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 위치, 조식, 시설 모두 좋았어요. 다만 Check-in시간이 다소 오래 걸렸습니다.

It's very nice Hotel I want to visit again

기차 소리가 엄청 크게 들리는것 말고는 만족합니다

가족 단위 여행객에게 잘 맞는 호텔입니다. 방이 넓고, 소파베드를 이용하면 여러명도 지내기 좋습니다. 전자레인지 커피포트 전기레인지가 있어서 간단한 것을 해먹기 편합니다. (모든 등급의 방에 있는 것은 아닌것으로 알고 있어서 잘알아보고 정하세요) 또 세탁기가 있어서 빨래도 가능하고 세제도 요청하면 줍니다. 복도의 카페트나 방의 바닥은 조금 오래된 것 같은 느낌이 있지만, 거슬릴만한 정도는 아닙니다. 화장실은 깨끗하고 수압도 강합니다. 매일 같이 호텔방을 깨끗하게 정리해 주었으며, 정돈 상태도 훌륭했습니다. 비즈니스 목적으로 숙박하거나 1층의 컨벤션 회의실을 이용하는 사람들이 많아 주중에는 복잡하기도 합니다. 1층의 체크인 로비는 넓지 않아 조금만 인원이 있어도 복잡할 수 있으나, 일하는 분들은 나름 친절한 편 입니다. 지내는 동안 몇가지 요구사항이 있었는데 잘 처리해 주었습니다. 주변에 런던월, 런던타워, 타워브릿지가 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있어서 좋고, Tower hill역이 가까워서, district, circle 라인을 타고 빅벤이나 런던아이가 있는 웨스트민스터역 등 중심지로 나가기 편합니다.

너무 만족했습니다~직원분들도 친절하구요~위치도 너무 좋았어요 걸어서 5분정도 걸면 타워브릿지까지 갈수 있어서 야경도 부담없이 즐기고 왔습니다^^ 주방있는곳을 빌려서 아이들과 간단히 음식 해먹기도 좋았어요~

청결을 중요시 여긴다면 좋은 선택이 될 수 있습니다. 하지만 소음에는 다소 약합니다.

넓고 편합니다. 세탁기도 사용할 수 있고 커피머신도 좋습니다. 인터넷 속도가 아주 빠르진 않아 유튜브는 끊기지만 일반적인 검색은 할 수 있습니다. 조명의 밝기도 괜찮았고 조식이 훌륭합니다.

Great rooms, convenient for tower bridge underground

I had a wonderful stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. The location is perfect, with stunning views of Tower Bridge and easy access to everything. The suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience — I would definitely stay again!

Room wasn't the best , the bed was supposed to be a king size was two singles pushed together

Très bel hôtel qui offre de belles prestations, La propreté de la chambre, rien à dire, Le petit déjeuner/restaurant parfait, Par contre dommage pour la vue de la, au vu du prix, on aurait préféré une vue sur le Tower Bridge et non sur un bâtiment quelconque..

The room was spotless.

Pour un établissement affichant 5 étoiles, on s’attend naturellement à un niveau d’excellence irréprochable. Le personnel est certes courtois et professionnel, mais ayant déjà séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 5 étoiles, je dois reconnaître que celui-ci manque de splendeur et d’attention aux détails qui font la différence. Le ménage n’est pas toujours impeccable, et il a fallu demander à plusieurs reprises des bouteilles d’eau qui avaient été oubliées. Ce sont des détails, certes, mais dans un 5 étoiles, ces détails ne devraient pas exister. Le petit déjeuner manque de dynamisme et de qualité. À plusieurs reprises, le thé servi était froid. Bien sûr, le problème a été corrigé après réclamation, mais dans cette catégorie d’hôtel, on s’attend à ce que tout soit parfaitement maîtrisé dès le premier service. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables : c’est un point positif indéniable. Cependant, l’expérience globale mériterait un sérieux upgrading afin d’être en adéquation avec le prix pratiqué et le standard annoncé. Relativement déçu.

So disappointed I found blood on my sheet that my daughter & I slept on overnight. Upon leaving the hotel I wanted to speak with front desk managment but because it was check-in time extremly busy around 3pm the lobby was full of customers. I thought being kind not to report in front of other quess checking in so I respectfully reported my concerns to the concierge and went about my day.. I returned 10 hours later and they had not changed my sheets! I immediately down to front desk to complain showing pitures of the blood on sheets, the manager ask to take a picture of my picture and she did she called maintenence and they changed my sheets at 2 am so inconvenient, The 2am manager was kind enough enough to accomdated me with breakfast from 7am - 10 am, however i explained im not much of a breakfast eater and thanked her Furthermore in the morning I explained to the front desk that the manger from early morning provided me with breakfast passes unfortunately breakfast does not solve sanitation The manager spoke pleasant to me and stated somoeone would call me ...I checked out on Friday February 20, 2026 and today is February 24th and noone has called or emailed me. I truly expected a higher level of service consistent with the brand. Upon checking out the next morning I spoke with the front manager. I requested a reasonable adjustment to the room charges and was told they couldn not accommodate me and stated managers would contact me

Staff very friendly, location supereb. Recommendation: try to get a room on a upper floor. We had our room on the first floor and couldnt remove the curtains otherwise people could look into ypur roo.

Hotel perfetto. Camera ampia e pulita, personale super cordiale e disponibile, posizione impeccabile.

Although the hotel was very nice and fresh and the rooms were spotlessly clean, the room and the bed was actually very small. My room was a superior double studio, but there is no way that the bed was a double being only slightly bigger that a single.As a lone traveler the room was OK but if you were a couple - forget it.
