The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment which i had travelled there to attend. Not impressed !! The room was absolutely fine, but the helpline left a lot to be desired unfortunately.

Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on.

The property was very cold. I texted for the heating to be switched on, but there was no response. Overall, the heating was turned on for three hours a day. Also, the room just has a bed—no place to sit. So, if you don't mind sitting on the bed (and breaking your back) or being outside the room, then it is okay.

The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English.

Warm and cosy at Tyrone house. Very ckean and a comfy bed

This was a room in a house in a residential area of Boston. It seemed to have been newly converted to “hotel” accommodation with 4 key safes on the wall. There was a small shared kitchen and a dining room for 4. Our room was small but adequate with a double bed and en-suite. Check in was by ringing a phone and being given your room number and key safe code. It worked well, the interaction was friendly and helpful and we were allowed access at 2.30. The parking was difficult to access as the property was at traffic lights on a junction - luckily not too busy when we arrived. Everything was clean and orderly except for some very out of date food and milk in the fridge. A system of labelling and clearing out is needed. It was a 15minute walk to the centre of Boston.

I have stayed here a few times with my partner and its really nice and chilled. Thank you.

The property was conveniently located for visiting the town centre and self catering facilities were useful for reducing the cost of our break. There was a fan in our room which was necessary and the en-suite was good.

The property is good and the room was clean and quite impressive for a single.I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area. The staff were friendly and professional. Self check in was straightforward.

This is my 2nd stay/visit to Tyrrone house. Very affordable and convenient for me as its 6mins to wherever I needed to be. Sparkling clean and organized as well. Staff communicated good before I checked in, called to give codes for door opening. Pretty much likeable! Just a small parking space, right and near the road (with immediate lights when you get off), but can't complain really. Id definerly use them again.

Absolutely fine budget option. The shared kitchen is very good and you could prepare a full meal there if you wished. Otherwise we everything clean and working and well run.

there was a women screaming and shouting in the room below me until about 5 o’clock in the morning. really made me feel unsafe and couldn’t sleep due to the noise. it was constant. but a really nice place so quite disappointing.
