The staff were friendly and kind. They let us store our suitcase there for £5 for the day. The shower had good water pressure, and the shampoo and body wash were really lovely. The room had tea, coffee and all the amenities. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. And the price was such good value, can't beat it. Thank you. We will stay again when next in London.

La pulizia è sicuramente da migliorare! E anche i servizi! Lasciano una sola asciugamano per tutto!! E se gliene chiedi più di una te la danno ma sottolineando che te l’hanno già lasciata e ti basta! Per loro dovrei asciugarmi faccia, corpo, capelli e parti intime con un solo telo! Va bene si può anche fare ma non è una cosa normale! La posizione dell’hotel comunque è davvero comoda per Victoria Station!

After getting past the glassed in reception the place feels very homey and safe. It’s clean, larger rooms and the window as great. They provide shampoo, soap, and coffee. The shower is the entire bathroom so that was interesting for someone travelling from North America although it’s common in the UK. Despite what the listing says there’s no breakfast option anymore. The room was a bit loud both from steer traffic and other rooms. Overall convenient, safe and affordable.

빅토리아역 에서 가까워 여권분실로인해 급히 하루 묵게된 곳입니다. 친절히 계단으로 짐도 다 옮겨주셨습니다. 작은방이라 문열면바로 욕실이 나오고 그안으로 침실.. 그점이불편했지만 거리에 창을두고 최소한의 면적으로 만들었기에 가능한구조..인상적이었네요..

예약할때보다 가격이 많이 떨어져서 돈 아까웠어요. 실제로 가보니 제가 예약할때의 금액 정도는 아니었어요ㅜㅜ 2층까지 좁은 계단으로 캐리어를 끌고 갔고 욕실도 너무 좁았고 에어컨은 안됩니다. ㅋㅋ더울때 절대 비추에요. 저는 좀 시원할때 가서 창문 열어두고 자니 괜찮았지만 ㅋㅋ 싱글침대 두개 있는 게스트하우스 방 정도라고 생각하시면 될듯 하네요. 객실내 작은 욕실은 있어요. 2박정도하고나니 적응해서 요기도 나쁘진 않았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ

숙박 못했다
호텔에 갔더니 시스템의 문제로 예약 명단에 없고 남은 방도 없다며 돌려보냈다
리셉션 직원은 매우 불친절했고 이 문제에 자기들은 책임이 없고 손님측의 문제라고 했다
I couldn't stay this hotel.
When i arrive there, they said they doesn't have my name in their booking list and they doesn't have any responsibility.
I booked. And i received confirm e-mail. But They said all situation is my problem. And they do not anything for me.

Slechte bedden, geen ventilatie waardoor het heel erg warm was op de kamer. Het doucheputje werkte slecht waardoor het water tot bij de wc stroomde. Airco zou heel prettig zijn op deze locatie tijdens de zomer. Nu was het ‘s nachts alsof je in de sauna sliep.

Dirty hotel room. Tiny. Which wasn’t the worst part. We checked in close to 1am and just wanted to sleep. But there was an overwhelming stench that smelled like pesticides and I put a towel over my face to try to sleep. After a few minutes I started getting a headache and my chest started to hurt. I asked front desk to switch room he allowed us to change for the last few hours but someone would be checking in so we would have to go back to the same room for our second part of the stay. We ended up checking out at 6am which was just 5 hours later after we had checked in. I had paid for two nights. They refused to refund me for the second night that we decided to not stay after making us sick

This was by far the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It felt more like a tiny cubicle than an actual room. It was extremely hot, there was no air conditioning, and the window only opened about 20 cm, so there was almost no ventilation.
The room was tiny, never seen something like this in my life, leaving virtually no space to move around or even open luggage comfortably. The worst part is that it looked nothing like the photos online. The pictures are very misleading and create completely different expectations.
Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I definitely would not stay here again.
The staff was helpful and nice, but the hotel is not worth.

24/7 reception was good as there was someone to greet us as we checked in quite late, however when we checked out in the morning there was no one available, even when we called the bell? The room wasn’t filthy, noticed dusty skirting boards and I wouldn’t want to look under the bed… basic room for a good price, no air con but fan was available. The shower was right next to the toilet and whole shower room was as soon as you walked into the room, so then the floor was line a wet room, so be weary of this as this is your exit / entrance. Overall was ok for the price, was 15min walk from Victoria train / tube station, had free wifi and tea / coffee was available

Mattresses were very hard, walls looked dirty and the room had an unpleasant smell. Sockets were too far from the beds and there wasn't even a bin. Narrow hallways, will struggle with large luggage. Bathroom was tiny with no room to turn around. The mirror was also broken and the fan provided was loud an inadequate for the hot weather.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and available 24/7. The rooms could have been cleaner but the bed sheets and towels were very clean. There was a strange chemical smell in the bedroom, but could have been made worse because of the hot weather. The shower is tiny, and can cause issues when the floor is wet.

It was a good value option for a one-night stay. Compared to other very compact hotels in London, I found this one to be better overall. The bathroom was cleaner than expected, although there was a slight damp smell, which was still manageable.
We also needed to leave our backpacks after checkout for the next day, and there was a £5 charge per bag. I was a bit surprised by this at first, but it seems to be a common practice in London.
