Staff great. Looking forward to using the hotel again

Clean comfortable room. Lovely and quiet, short stroll to tube station. Very friendly staff. Furniture dates but clean and adequate. Only downsides were awful smell from plumbing in the bathroom, lack of pressure from the shower, which also was either scalding or freezing. Would definitely return though, fantastic value for money.

The room was very small. Although clean. Not good if u have any mobility problems. Staff was kind and helpful.

Picking a random small hotel in London is always a lottery. The Vilenza was a good pick: clean and well-run and good value. There was a full-size fridge in the room (bit of overkill for my pint of milk!). The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The stairs are steep but the duty clerk insisted on carrying my case. I will stay there again if I need to be in that part of London.

Very good 1-night stay at the Vilenza Hotel. Great value for money, room was warm, comfortable and spacious for London. Excellent location for Whitechapel Station, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, etc

Room was OK, but quite worn. Plug sockets detatched from wall, heavily worn fabrics on arm-chairs in room, shower controls reversed and mattress badly stained

We had the best day in the hotel recently, Efer was very fun and made us feel very welcome, room was perfect and a good price, thankyou we’ll be back!

Been here a couple of times. It's a decent place to stay for work trips which is what makes me return. Unfortunately there was a power outage during my last stay that lasted for a couple of hours (not the property's fault) but it was an inconvenience nonetheless

The staff were incredibly helpful, very pleasant. The buidling was very different to what was expected. The stairs were a bit small and seemed a bit dangerous, the carpets could do with changing.

Room was very dirty, dubious stains everywhere on carpet, furniture, hair in shower...etc. The area around the place is referred to as "jack the ripper land" by locals. Hotel knows this and sticks to their no refund policy with tight fists. Avoid.

The hotel had some decent reviews online for the price point so we booked here. And honestly, the service from Efe as soon as you walked through the door made it feel like a home from home. He was very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure staying.

Fee, the manager, was really kind and extremely helpful.

Very friendly staff. A decent hotel run with true hearts. Enjoyed my stay in a quiet corner of a busy city centre. Very conveniently connected with public transportation and even on foot.
