Vilenza Hotel

Good spot when looking for a comfortable hotel near the station. Good neighborhood. Great food and market choices around as well. Not really loud there either. Comfortable beds, Id say, but nothing spectacular. I will say, the amenities are more than what i was expecting, which really made the place better. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was the wall paper peeling off of a corner at one point. This didn't affect my stay there, just made me give extra thought on how I may view rooms when advertised and pricing. As this place is somewhat expensive, that's not a great look. Even so, I'd recommend the place still mainly because of its convenience, quiet area, the amenities, and cleanliness

Wir konnten hier nicht übernachten, da es unsauber war (Haare auf den Betten und überall Staub). Eine der Mitreisenden hat eine ausmilben Allergie und hat sehr stark in dem Zimmer reagiert. Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich, der Manager nicht wirklich. Wir haben zwar eine Erstattung bekommen, aber wirklich einsichtig war der Manager nicht.

Not a good hotel. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The front door gets locked in the evening and the phone number for reception did not work. I could not get in and was lucky that a guest let me in. The rooms are very basic with uncomfortable beds, pillows, and bedding.

Booked this hotel to be near the London Tower which it was. This was to be a luxury hotel but it definitely was not. We were traveling with the family and had thirteen bags which they saw when we did an early bag drop. When our room was ready they put us in the basement. The basement room had no elevator to get down to it. Instead we had to carry all 13 suitcases down tiny little steps. It was a hot day for London close to 99 degrees. The room we were given had not windows safe to open and no air conditioning. We roasted in the room. It only had one fan for two separate rooms. The pillows were flat and when we asked for more pillows the lady at the desk said they didn't have any. Imagine a hotel with no spare pillows. The bed was hard, and the shower would go hot then cold.

It is not a hotel, but a small family house that is furnished as necessary with the letting of a few rooms. The house is also located in a very unattractive alley. We paid full price for 3 people, but sleeping space for our adult daughter consisted of a useless and disgusting mattress on the floor. Carpet was full of stains, furniture and tiles stained and all probably 30-40 years old. Some of the sockets did not work and the Internet only worked sporadically. The neighborhood was very unsafe and 5 young people sold drugs right outside the door. No breakfast. I let my daughter take over my bed and slept night number 2 on the mattress on the floor. I didn't get any sleep either, so we changed to a 4-star hotel in another neighborhood.

First of all, the gentlemen working there was very helpful. The location was a short walk to the tube and a yummy restaurant nearby. We were on the basement floor, which was good because it was really hot and we only had a fan. We had a double/queen bed and two futon-type single beds which were VERY uncomfortable and should not be used as a "sleeps 4" accommodation. There was also no restaurant which Expedia said there was. Overall, convenient location and clean.

The room lacked a madress on one of the beds and legs on an other bed. The shower room was not clean, when we arrived and the water spilled over if we took two showets in a row. We stayed three nights but the room eas not cleaned and the beds not made once. And novody seemed to care.

Door to my room seemed like a kick to it would break the door down so didn't feel very safe.

We booked this the same day and it was affordable compared to other few that were unavailable during the Taylor Swift craze. It was in the basement, and as others have said, is really a house that's been outfitted into a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel itself is in mediocre condition. Many outlets didn't work and the light didn't work over time. Some appliances and the cots seemed out of place. We could hear people on the street, albeit not entirely disruptive. For the price, it was good. It has everything you need for a comfortable and working stay and is secure.

Very close to tube station to get around , Hotel was lovely clean and quiet and I would stay here again if I was in London

We stayed in the basement what was very horrible. No clean towels, no WiFi, closed reception, toilet was very dirty, no 2 persons sheet, For a 3rd person there was no bed only a couch which was very small, no cleaning during the day. Worst hotel I ever booked and I book a lot of on yearly basis. Please don’t go there

Let me first say that the staff is really nice. That was highlight of the stay. The first room in the basement was full of flies so they kindly moved me. Otherwise, it was a pretty funky place that they try to make look nice but it was awkardly laid out (e.g. bathroom door didn't open all the way as it hit an adjacent cabinet), furniture was pretty long in the tooth, broken bathroom mirror and tile. My bedroom french doors opened to the laundry cupboard. I have no idea how this is rated higher than a two star hotel.

This property has everything that was required for our short stay, including unexpected items like a hair dryer and iron. Would definitely stay again.

No deberían ponerlo como opción de hotel. El Vilenza no es un hotel. No arrugaron ningún día el cuarto, si queríamos cambio de toallas nos tocaba salir a buscarlas. La noche que llegamos, tipo 10 pm, entramos porque un grupo de personas ingresaba. En la recepción había un aviso: recepción temporalmente cerrada y un número telefónico para comunicarnos. Lo hicimos y más tarde llegó alguien para entregarnos la habitación. Una habitación en el semisótano, mi reserva decía que era una cama king más tres sofá camas. Realmente fue una cama queen y dos colchones en el piso. Realmente decepcionante el “hotel “: sin recepción, el jngreso es con una clave en la puerta del lugar, tipo airbnb, no arreglan la habitación, ni hacen aseo a la misma, etc.
