Great room

Great hotel, great customer service.

Good clesn hotel, parts of it are outdated but going through a refurb. Unfortunately this has made it very very noisy.

House keeper come inside my room without knocking and still, I have 2 hour left to checkout. I complaint on front desk but she said, I will check and do nothing No privacy

Stayed for 1 week and bed was never changed and had to ask for towels to be changed even though the request for housekeeping was put on the door

1. Imagine traveling from 🇺🇸 the time difference, trying to sleep with a toddler and by 7am the sound of drilling from each room beside you. Staff say its repairs so they must proceed. Totally understand but wish there was a mention online. 2. Kept my slippers and my daughter's slippers on even in the room. The carpet is yacky! dingy!!! 3. Not much air circulation.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel & this time we asked for a room on the top floor as the lower floor twin rooms have a view of the pool /gym metal roof . Im pleased to say the room was newly decorated and was beautiful with a really good view . Parking is charged at £5 which is a shame its not included. breakfast is £12.50 if booked in advance but we ate at the pub next door £7.99 Ive tried both places for breakfast and can confirm that the hotel one is better despite being more expensive.

Exceeded expectation, i was only here one evening on a work trip, but the pool/gym were great.

We went on a mixed visit of business and pleasure and we were more than suprised at the quality of this hotel, from the minute we arrived the staff could not do enough, the good and service in the restaurant was great and the gym and pool were lovely. Highly recommended

We arrived at the location to find the building has undergone a major revamp..a new extension. Signs warning that builders could be looking through windows..random but its Easter weekend! First disappointment came when checking in..no one to greet us..just a computer which told me i should pay £5 for parking even though i booked and paid for a club suite. Luckily someone came out from their hiding cupboard and helped us, but why do away with a host..too much reliance on technology..you killed the most important part of being a hotellier, customer service! There is none! The room was supposed to have quality toiletries and coffee machine plus sweet treats and fresh water. The room had no milk no sweet treats and no water..when questioned..housekeeping would send sweet treats and milk..they did..a few sachets of milk and one little club orange biscuit. (There was two of us) The water was shown to us..in the bathroom as a tap with a sign saying filtered water. It was tepid water and tasted like the normal tap water!! This was a brand new room..and equipped with exercise equipment..a blown up ball and a mat..the mat had some white mess on it and the ball did too..the TV was full of dust the winfow was full of dirty hand marks and the bathroom and a razor blade sat in the shower cubicle. The whole place was quite dirty and dusty including the main lounge bar area. Biggest annoyance, the noisy neighbours who started arguing at 3am. This place could do much to raise standards!

Easy location off M60. Trams handy for Etihad Breakfast ok. No decaf coffee available this time

The upgraded room was excellent . Still some Building work to the exterior .

Good area clean room great gym.

Just a 1 night stay while in Manchester. Staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed very comfortable. Didn't sample the breakfast or other amenities. Very well situated for getting into Manchester with the tram stop only 10 minutes walk away. Definitely stay again when visiting Manchester.

I had to check in late in the evening due to work, however it didn't matter, everything was straightforward. Room was really modern with the biggest TV I've seen in a hotel room. Staff were great , very helpful throughout

Room was excellent and clean. Only thing I would say is it would be better if the breakfast finished a little later, maybe 10am?

Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean and it was great to have a Starbucks on site. I probably would have booked somewhere else if I knew there was an event on (Boogie Bingo) as it was loud and the people were rowdy. There was chew, which included police being needed. It didn’t give me much hope seeing a bouncer on the hotel reception. Wasn’t too bad as we went out and didn’t get back until late but I suspect if I intended to go to bed early and rest it would have been a nightmare
