Yes to both. Breakfast was up to standard if the room, fatty bacon not cooked properly and plate was swimming in fat/ oil

All lovely really enjoy stay

Lovely inn in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great for our dog too. The room was lovely, the bar area was really nice and the breakfast was very good too. Would definitely recommend, and we will stay again.

We stayed in room 6, a Superior En-suite room with a courtyard view. The room was absolutely amazing, more a mini-suite than a room with separate bathroom linked by corridor. Location could not be better, right in the middle of town with its own parking (but note that its small and a bit tight!) Food is excellent, nice wines and great local ales on tap, staff are lovely and friendly, especially with our large dog. Only gripe was the wifi is very weak, but if you can't disconnect and enjoy life in a town as beautiful as Hebden Bridge then the problem isn't the weak wifi! Would love to stay again.

We have been visting the White Lion for over 30 years now. We have seen all the changes that have made it into the best place to stay in Hebden Bridge. The rooms are excellent and food is superb. All staff are very helpful and customer focused. We will return soon

Everything was brilliant. Room was clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast choices were great, the full English was amazing, all local produce.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped room overlooking Hebden Water. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was delicious, table service and cooked to order. Staff were friendly and location excellent.

The staff were very efficient during check in. We were shown to our room which was in the courtyard, it was very spacious and spotless. There was everything you could want, tea , coffee even hot chocolate, there was also an iron and ironing board along with a hairdryer. There was a good choice for breakfast we had the full English which was very hot and delicious. I would definitely return.
