Since the travel schedule was decided late, there weren't many accommodations available, so I decided on Capricorn, which had the best reviews. But I was more satisfied than I expected. First of all, the location was very convenient, and the rooms was clean and safe. I was satisfied with the bathroom, and although there were ants in the sink, it was okay. The harbor view from the room was so beautiful. The only downside was that one hair dryer was provided for each of the two rooms. Recommended for those traveling in Suva!

It's walkable to everything in the city. The pool is clean and a great view if you're on the upper floors

It’s cosy place and I like the place. The only thing to improve was there’s no hair dryer

I liked the location - close to Suva Market and MHCC! Rooms were clean and kitchenette was so useful! The lanai was great too. I liked the beds too.

Ya valoré en su dia este hotel. Es un hotel pésimo con una suciedad terrible (manchas en las sabanas colchones sucios, cortinas manchadas y rotas...etc) de lo cual tenemos fotos de todo, ademas de que está muy mal gestionado. Necesitan con urgencia capacitacion de todo el personal. Por no aceptar pago con tarjeta porque la señora gerente no la daba la gana, nos hicieron pagar una parte en efectivo, quedandonos sin dinero para nuestras vacaciones.

The hotel is in the middle of the Suva CBD, so very good for shopping and exploring the city on foot. The staff are very helpful and the room and facilities are in good condition...so overall we had a great time staying at Capricorn

Location of this hotel was very good. Right in the vicinity of Tappoo City and MHC. Few minutes walk only. Great for family as well. Quite, even though in the CBD. Amazing views of the Suva Port. Room was bigger then what shows in the pics. Including Kitchen. Clean and Tidy. Although the towels could be replaced with new as they have gone past their use by date. Friendly staff. First time in this hotel but loved it. Will definitely book again.

Este hotel remodelado en 2022 tiene una pésima limpieza y muy mal servicio de atención al cliente, necesitan seriamente un curso de capacitación de todo el personal. No nos dejaron pagar la reserva con tarjeta en el hotel, bloqueando el pago de dicha reserva con 4 tarjetas diferentes porque querían que pagáramos en efectivo. Tuvimos que llegar a un acuerdo (pagando dos noches en efectivo y el resto de la reserva con una nueva reserva y con pago directo a la plataforma de Expedia) quedándonos sin dinero en efectivo para el resto de nuestra estancia en la isla. también la limpieza de la habitación deja muchísimo que desear: cortinas sucias con manchas, una ventana medio rota, almohadas con manchas, colchón sucio con manchas de a saber qué, debajo de la cama no han limpiado en años, teniendo arañas y suciedad. Esto lo dijimos el primer día, porque uno de los huéspedes que íbamos es asmático y esto afecta a su salud y no hicieron caso. En el baño únicamente dejan un champú y jabón para una persona siendo dos las que se alojan en la habitación. En tercer lugar, debido a que la habitación está al lado de recepción, se ha oido toda la noche las risas y conversaciones del personal del hotel, asi como las actividades que se ponen a hacer a las 5 y 6 de la mañana! (Barrer y limpiar el baño de al lado de recepción). Hemos puesto todo lo narrado en conocimiento del personal y no nos han hecho caso, ni siquiera nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, solamente nos trataron

Location is wonderful, very polite and great service, wonderful staff, felt safe coming in and going out, even at nights..security was great, the only set back was the construction noise nearby.

高台にあり、部屋から港が見えて、眺めが良いバルコニーでくつろぐことができます。 お部屋はわりと広いです。お湯もしっかり出ます。キッチンがあり、長期滞在もできるようになっています。 市内中心部から遠くはないですが、坂を登ってたどり着くのが少し大変です。 レストランがないので、夜も朝も市内に出かけて食事をする必要があります。 プールがありますが、夜9時以降はプールサイドに出られません。 フィジーは全体に、クオリティに比べてホテルが高いと思いますが、その中ではバランスが良いと思います。

Safe surrounding

Had an excellent stay at Capricorn for 8 nights. Staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure that they provide the best hospitality. Security on site 24/7 which made it very safe. Very easy access to the city for shopping and meals. Parking is also available at site. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of suva harbour. Liked that rooms were serviced daily. Would definitely come and stay again next time when in Suva

I liked that the property was in walking distance from the bus stand, it had sufficient utensils to use, we were able to cook and bring outside food and that there was a TV for entertainment. The only things I would have appreciated was new fresh towels. The towels provided were old and looked overused. And they should also include more channels for kids on the TV.
