Can hear night club from down the road

The staff was the best part of my visit. Casa helped me during a panic situation and saw to it that I was alright. She checked me in early to the last room she had available after I had been traveling for 3 days. She showed me where the breakfast was and helped me with my travel bag and nap sack to my room so I could sleep. I've never had kinder service in my life. I will always stay there when I'm in Fiji! Thank you, Casa and all of the staff at the Capricorn. The airport shuttle person was also extremely helpful to me at the airport as I needed wheelchair service. He saw to it that I got it! Thank you!!

I didn't like because its very dirty. Please needs to be cleaned and sprayed to kill cochraches. Food is pathetic and expensive.

The towels provided were filthy; bed & pillows were very uncomfortable; staff did not action my requests despite numerous requests saying they will pass message to their boss.

Location is close to airport and shops. Transportation available easily . Staff were friendly. Breakfast is basic , however, it was good to have local fruits. Room that i had been allocated was pretty run down. TV was not working . Served the purpose for a brief 1 night stop as a transit due to late arrival of international flight for myself. Not sure i would take my family for a longer stay unless rooms were upgraded. Staff were trying their best but management need to invest into getting rooms thoroughly dusted ,cleaned and updated. Another toaster at breakfast will help speed up the queue.

My sister’s flight delayed, I like the fact that even when their flight delayed the staff still at the airport waiting for their guest and it is really helpful for them as they had a lot of stuff with them and they are tired too. The hotel even prepared the deep freezer to put your frozen fish that they brought from the island. Keep up the good work and the amazing service God bless Capricorn

We liked that we could organise transport to the airport on time. We also liked that the room was enough to stay for a night before departing back home to New Zealand.

Bugs all through the room

Was very poor no tv remote no free wifi

It was a convenient place to stay close to every thing. The staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Mr Vueti Maraiwai the hotel night man was always kind and helpful And welcoming. But there is a serious issue with the basin in room 237, coming away from the wall,and the surrounding basin top warped, with mouldy sealant at the rear of the basin, definitely needs fixing. Over all it was a restful apart from some noise from the night club on the corner of jet park.

The rooms are nothing like the photos. The pillows are gross, the towels are disgusting , we had wires sticking out of the walls and I think there must be a bar downstairs or next door as there was loud music late into the night. However- the evening staff are lovely- we arrived late had our driver was fantastic, check in lady was lovely as was the older man who took our bags up. Morning staff…. Not so much, with the receptionist quite unhelpful. My mistake was not reading all the reviews before I booked - please don’t make the same mistake. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Yes it is budget - but as a well travelled person I’ve stayed in all sorts of accomodation and this was the most disappointing. (Perhaps of their listing and photos were up to date and more honest then it wouldn’t be so bad….)

Generally, very good. Good service and amenities. Good location. I chose to stay here every time I am in Fiji. A home away from home.

Just a recommendation, dont stay there as it wws nothing as per pictures on site. No wifi, no such lights, no proper escort.

Staffs are not friendly, poor customer service provided by the staff's. The hotel does not have any backup laundry, whatever is placed in the room s are washed and replaced, no extra laundries are given like towels. Tv in rooms has to be operated manually, asked for a remote about 3-5 times, but we were told that the property doesn't have any TV remotes. Room was clean and had a pleasant stay. Overall would rate 5/10. Food was great and the best .

Room was not good ..tv not working .. and phone not working ..no hot water ..staff to slow to take action when request a room move .will never book it again ..towellings very dirty

Clean and budget friendly

Bed linen and towels looked yellow and smelly instead of white. Coffee and milk not supplied. NO remote for tv, couldn't change channels manually. Bathroom not cleaned properly after last guest and broken basin tap. Overall disgusting room!!!

Blankets was not comfortable I could still feel cold

Rooms needs update and breakfast as well
