It was amazing to stay. We do luv there. Some crews are not freindly but others are fantastic.

너무 편하고 좋은 숙박이었어요 다시 또 가고 싶은 피지 그리고 인터컨티넨탈 정말 좋아요

체크인 하는데 신속하지 않고, 30분이 1시간 반을 기다리게 했구요, 방 배정 받고 냉장고 주변에 바퀴벌레 출현과, 먹고 남긴 피지워터 등등...5성급 다녀본 호텔중 바퀴벌레는 정말 최고 였어요 한 시간후 바꿔준다는 룸은 2시간 지나 바꿔줬구요 룸상태 먼지 많고, 포트넣어둔 서랍장은 과자부스러기로 차 있어 깜놀했어요 어휴 직원들은 친절하나 .... 멀티탭 요청했더니 4시간 기다려도 안가져와서 직접 가서 거져왔어요 친절하긴 한데 듣고 실행을 안한다고 해야하나...

좋았어요, 가격값을 하는 환경인거 같습니다. 도심지와도 동떨어져서 리조트만을 즐길수 있죠(리조트만 즐길수있죠 차가 없다면)

There were ants on the bedside table and as soon as the staff used to keep the chocolate box in the room, it used to be full of ants and had to be thrown. Also, there were very limited (1 or 2) vegetarian options in the breakfast and the buffet dinners. Those were the things which bothered during the stay otherwise everything else was amazing. Staff was humble and welcoming each an deveryday.

Great resort, a little outdated but very friendly staff. Service was very slow but it was on Fiji time. The only inconvenience was there were no chairs to seat by the beach. Beautiful place though.

There were pros n cons staying at the Intercontinental. We requested rooms (several times) next door but we were not and that was really annoying. Then they said the type of room we had picked couldn’t be next to each other - would have helped to know that sooner. Lots of the staff were amazing like Rasaka and Shaguka (I hope I’m saying that right- she’s been working there for 3months) who both worked at the Sanasana restaurant. Shaguka walked all the way to another restaurant to get us some passionfruit!!! Which was beyond all expectations. There wasnt too much to do around the resort. I felt the Shangri La Fiji had more activities. Wifi was great! Super fast and got good coverage everywhere around the resort. The beach is so lovely. But the moment you step on you are hassled by locals to buy a coconut or an excursion or a massage (that’s not the hotels fault). Don’t let this stop you as it’s still worthwhile. The family pool for kids is fantastic. It’s the best I’ve ever seen in any hotel I felt the food could have had more variety. Everyone raved about the breakfast buffet so I had high expectations. Again I felt it fell short and Shangri La definitely had more options. The views the facilities were great. The toilet at sanasana could be better. The middle one was on an endless flush and it was usually uncleaned and the toilet seats were broken.

5*. Can not recommend this resort enough. Absolutely stunning and staff just wow wow. The suite was worth it, having the spacious lounge and extra space made the trip all the more enjoyable.

This hotel is situated on a lovely beach. Mostly safe for kids to swim, and you don't have to go far to find good snorkelling spots. The staff are lovely, and the activities were great. Our boys loved the crab race. Food was good too, and there was enough choice amongst the restaurants on site. There were some things in our room that had seen better days, chips in the area around the bath, and some loose light fittings, but overall our room was lovely, and had a lot of space. We had a wonderful week here, and would definitely recommend.

Food was below average and dissapointing.

We stayed in a Club room. The club facilities and pool were outstanding, and the club staff were exceptional. Staf throughout the main Resort were also friendly and helpful, and the Resort beach is great.

No medical on site. The paths are not lighted and I sprained my ankle. The beds were very uncomfortable and caused me and my partner back problems. Food and drinks were not good. What was nice is they have a lot of amenities to offer, snorkeling on site and beautiful beaches.
