All was well. I arrived earlier than expected, so I had to wait to check in. So I just took a walk into town for a while then came back. And all was good to go. 😎🍾

Hotel is clean and the staff were amazing. The rooftop pool was big and amazing views. Just a quick 15 minute walk to city center. The breakfast was limited but good for what it is, no proteins but good fruit and breads.

We stayed at Nalagi Hotel for 6 nights, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. From the first day, our room had several issues. There were no bathroom amenities, and despite calling reception multiple times, there was no quick response. The air conditioning was also leaking onto the floor. As the stay continued, we noticed more serious concerns including stained bedding and discoloured (brown) tap water, which raised hygiene concerns for us. We reported these issues, but there were no available rooms to relocate us, so we had to check out early. Some staff were polite, but overall the condition of the room and lack of timely response affected our stay. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and housekeeping standards.

On arrival I had no towels in my room. I asked the front desk three times for a towel. They kept tell me that house keeping would bring it. Eventually I walked down to reception and saw a big trolley of towels and got it myself

Clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited this time, which was a bit disappointing. I also wish there had been a bathtub, as it made bathing my baby a bit challenging. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

There were no bathroom amenities, and despite calling reception multiple times, there was no quick response. The air conditioning was also leaking onto the floor. We reported these issues, but there were no available rooms to relocate us, so we had to check out early. Some staff were polite, but overall the condition of the room and lack of timely response affected our stay. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and housekeeping standards.
