We absolutely loved our stay in the villa. To come back from a busy day to the pool, view and quietness was the icing on the cake. The staff were available whenever needed and the groundsman was very attentive tot he property and cleaning the pool. We can’t wait to come back!

Great property and location to Port Vuda. Ideally needs a dishwasher, sink drainage frequently blocked. A/C wasn’t able to be adjusted. Otherwise property was great.

Excellent location, in-between Nadi and Lautoka. 15 to 20mins drive to the nearest supermarket. Check-in is seamless, met with the property manager (Va - she's very friendly and welcoming) upon arrival we were shown around the villa. The villa was nice and clean, the views from the 2 main bedrooms, living and pool area are amazing. We stayed in villa 2. The villa is very spacious perfect for big families. The beds are comfortable. They have plenty of bath and pool towels however they need to be updated. The current pool towels looked like they've seen better days and need to be changed. It would be nice if the bathrooms had little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The road to the villa need to be fixed, not nice driving on loose gravel until you come to view the top of the villas. Some on the equipment in the kitchen need to be updated for example the fridge (door doesn't close properly) need new cooking knive's (current kinves are not sharp) and cutlery. There's sufficient cooking pots, plates and glassware. If these little amendments could be made. This villa would be an excellent place to stay for big groups or families.

Huge house and very clean. Beautiful views. Nice pool (cold). Bath was nice. We were a group of 12 including 4 kids and great facilities for us (3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, washer/drier). Two things that could be improved: 1. the large living area was very loud and echo-y (particularly with kids) and we struggled to have more than one conversation happening at a time -more soft furnishings may help? 2. curtains did not block out the light well enough (particularly in the front room by the door which has 3 walls of windows) and security guards shine torches around when they do their rounds which are very visible in the room and interrupt sleep - thicker curtains in the bedrooms would be great.

Property was nice and views were great ! All the amenities we needed and staff were friendly , only negatives was the bathrooms had plumbing issues and driveway was rough to the house , but enjoyed our stay 😊

On our first day of checking in we found a lot of maggots on the bathroom towels which we called the owners and they came and cleaned it straight away. That put us off straight away. Rooms have aircon but no aircon in the main living space. Washing machine and dryer provided which was useful. It’s a nice place but the condition of it is not worth the price advertised for which is a shame. The pool however was the best part of the place. Jo was the best he was always there every morning cleaning the pool and around the area. Very friendly staff but the place needs an upgrade so bad. Thank you.

Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time.

Was a wonderful stay for a family reunion. The views were amazing, rooms were very comfortable and hosts were friendly and helpful. Our shuttle driver Ravi was personable and ready for a ride whenever we were in need.

Great staff, always around to help. Property is very nice. Stayed there for a few nights and totally enjoyed it. Location, views, swimming pool is amazing. Its great for big families. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

A luxury stay for our family’s last night in Fiji! We will definitely be back and thank you Va for being so welcoming!

we stayed here April 2023, and we found this property is quite beautiful. but found lots of worms and lots of other bugs and insets inside the house. For the money we pay its not worth it.

Very clean and family friendly villa, with great views and super friendly staff. They try to cater to your needs to the best of their capability and are always a phone call away.

We stayed in Villa 3. It was very tired and in poor condition. There were holes in ceiling, broken furniture, light fixtures taped up in position and it was in generally poor condition. Safe did not work. Also be aware that air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and there are no screens on the sliding doors. So when you and get any air flow through the main area, you have to leave the doors open which then allows birds and insects into the villa. This was not what we expected from a "luxury villa". The view was very nice and the pool was great for cooling off.

Grande villa de 4 chambres avec 3 chambres de bain. Cuisine bien garnie. Seul le lave-vaisselle est manquant. La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Le service du personnel est excellent.
