Everything was great but the shower was bad.

It was a perfect 4-night stay. The email communication for check in and check out instructions was excellent. The studio was spacious, quiet and clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient and close to everything. It is walkable to the city center for places to eat, do grocery shopping and tour pickup. It was a perfect stay.

Timing of check in info (apartment number, pass code, etc) was very last minute and created unnecessary stress. Quite a wait time to get someone on the phone for support.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Rovaniemi! The location was perfect—centrally located and within walking distance to almost all key attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, which made for a great first impression. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The parking garage in the basement was a huge plus, especially in the cold weather. The seamless online check-in process made everything hassle-free from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovaniemi!

Nice spacious apartment with all amenities. However had a little bit of problem in understanding how to check in.

Saubere Unterkunft mit kleiner Küche. Es hätte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein können. Ansonsten ruhige Lage, direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden

The apartments are only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Rovaniemi, so very convenient. All of the restaurants we went to in Rovaniemi had great quality food. Many are quite rustic/cafe style, but if you are used to more refined decor don't be put off as the quality of the food and flavours were really good. We had fab Reindeer burgers at Pure Burger and our Mexican taco's and Nacho's at Yuca were so much better than anywhere I have had this style of food in the UK, the meats were super tasty and the accompanying guac, salsa's etc were really fresh.We were travelling with our children and didn't experience some of the fine dining restaurants but the reviews and menus looked lovely. We booked most of our excursions through Nordic Unique Travels and all went well. The apartments are simply furnished and the beds although quite narrow are comfortable. None of the english speaking TV channels would load, so we could not use the TV. There is an oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster which means you can prepare food, which for us was just breakfasts before we headed out for the day. The utensils are somewhat lacking and a chopping board, sharp knife, oven proof dish and a couple more sized pans would make things a lot easier. The apartments are very clean and there is plenty of hot water and despite other reviews we found them warm. So for any travellers wanting a convenient base close to Rovaniemi town centre I'd recommend them.

Tutto ok, nessuno ci aveva detto che bisognava buttare l'immondizia prima di andarsene, ci è arrivata la comunicazione poco prima di andar via.. magari andrebbe comunicata già insieme al pin al check in

The property was a little basic and tired, but it served us well. It was a great location for accessing Rovamieni.

Sinceramente ho contattato la struttura perché abbiamo trovato il letto rotto e non hanno nemmeno risposto.

ベッドもシングルより小さいですので、ゆったり過ごしたい人には少し窮屈かと思います。寝具は少し古めかしい匂いがしますが、お部屋は綺麗に清掃されてました。立地も良いので快適に過ごせました。

Quarto grande, bem equipado e limpo, alem de perto de tudo. Recomendo mas se atente ao email cadstrado porque a comunicacao da senha de entrada é feito por la. (Ignore a caixa de metal depois da entrada, só usar a mesma senha da entrada na porta do apartamento)
