Great concept with nice apartment and great shared spaces. Self-check-in a bit strange but we found the host very responsive through WhatsApp and in-person the few times that we needed help.

Siamo andati a novembre e abbiamo cercato un aparthotel, noli Katajanokka è perfetto e ha tutto l’essenziale: camere sono pulite e spaziose (a disposizione ti lasciano le pastiglie per lavatrice e lavastoviglie così noi abbiamo lavato tutti i vestiti da rimettere poi in valigia), una volta ogni due giorni ti puliscono la camera ed è tutto insonorizzato, più spesso ci sono state feste o comunque il ristorante nella hall era pieno, ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di rumori o disturbi. All’entrata troviamo un bel sistema di sicurezza che non permette a chiunque di entrare senza la chiave, ed è pieno di sale giochi con PlayStation, sale cinema, biliardo e tante altre cose. Per quanto riguarda la zona è molto tranquilla e comoda, ma sopratutto ben collegata con le linee tram che ti collegano al resto della città. Dietro l’hotel c’è una farmacia per le evenienze e anche un supermercato aperto 24/7. A due minuti a piedi di distanza c’è anche una delle saune più famose per una bella esperienza finlandese. Se dovessi tornare ad Helsinki, prenoterei sicuramente qui!

Boendet var trevligt och välstädat. Uppskattade närheten till city! Bastu och jazzucidelen var fräsch. Hade dock uppskattat bättre information vid ankomst. Vi fick ingen info om hur frukosten fungerade, så behövde själva ta reda på det, då det var otydligt.

A nice hotel. It was modern. There was no normal reception there, so when we checked in there where no one to ask if we had question. We only got 1 keycard by the «self In check» and that’s a problem because you needed keycard to come in to the hotel and to the sauna so me and my man had to stay together all the time. I couldn’t go out while he was using the sauna. Maybe there could have been a solution to the problem but we didn’t see anyone who could help us, unfortunately. BUT the hotel had a nice location- close to everything, and the Tram number 4 stop right outside on the backside of the hotel. And they didn’t clean our room?..And we where there for 4 days. I was lucky that I saw a cleaning-woman so I could ask for new towels on the 3. day…I don’t know what kind of hotel this was, but this was my experience :)

Noli is a great serviced apartment complex with additional amenities such as a TV lounge, gym and communal kitchen. The studios are comfortable with washing machine and decent kitchen materials. The only thing that lets the property down is you only get one pillow, which is not supportive and the bed isn’t great. If they invested in these, this would be an absolutely perfect place to stay for both long and short term. Loved the TV lounge and meeting some of the residents who lived there. Perfect location, excellent WiFi and a nice view from the 6th floor. The roof terrace on the 7th gives a great view over the city. Would stay here again!

We confused the concept thinkingthatit was a tradicional hotel. The establishment is fine. It has everything you need a pleasant stay. However, I think very bad that thete isnt one at the hotel who can help in case of any doubts. The most unfortunate thing was that I didn't find a facial lotion that I had just bought after the first day they "cleaned" the room.

Best choice especially for parents with kids. It has 2 tram station in 2-5 mins walk. 2 grocery bottleshops with 2-5 mins walk. Lots of decent eatery nearby. You can’t fault the property. Worth spending the money.

Great locaton! Well appointed room. Digital check-in worked well enough however bagage storage was supposed to be available at 8am. Staff didn't arrive until 8:30am and the digital access code wasn't valid until 3pm. With no access to the lobby and at -4C this needs a rethink.

・トラムの乗り場が近く、ヘルシンキ中心部からアクセスしやすくて非常に便利でした。治安も良く静かに過ごすことができましたが、マーケット広場からウスペンスキー大聖堂にかけてのあたりは観光客狙いのスリグループが居たので注意が必要です。・24時間ではありませんがホストオフィスにホストが居て、困ったことがあれば相談しやすくて助かりました。ホストは数人が交代で出勤するようですが、皆さん親切に対応してくれました。・部屋の壁は薄めで隣の部屋の音が聞こえるので、アパートといえばそんな感じかもしれません。深夜や早朝はうるさくならないように気を遣いました。・洗濯機のドアは固めです。うまく開かなくてホストに相談したところ、「力を入れて開けて」と教えてくれました。また、洗濯用洗剤の用意もあり、洗濯で困ることがありませんでした。ちなみに部屋は乾燥しているので洗濯物はすぐ乾きます。・一階には共有キッチンや複数人でくつろげる部屋があり、宿泊ゲストが集まって交流の場になっているようでした。旅先で知り合った人たちと交流したい場合はいいかもしれません。
