Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again.

Établissement idéalement placé tout près du centre ville et dans une rue avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Facilement accessible de la gare (plusieurs bus). Grand appartement avec balcon et une belle vue sur les toits de la ville. État impeccable, bien entretenu. Personnel professionnel, efficace et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner en buffet relativement complet.

Chambre non conforme à ma reservation. J'ai payé plus chère pour avoir un studio confort avec vue sur la ville. J'ai eu le studio affaire il me semble avec vue sur un mur! J'ai demandé des explications et l'hôtesse d'accueil et la directrice qui était présente à ce moment m'ont repondu qu'à l'heure de mon enregistrement ils ne peuvent rien faire que c'est bien le studio réservé mais sans la vue sur la ville et que ça serait à cause d'hôtel.com qui ne met pas à jour les informations. Je ne suis pas satisfait car le studio qui m'a été attribué ne correspond pas à l'annonce et que les personnes en face de moi ne prennent pas leurs responsabilités en s'excusant simplement au lieu de chercher explication et se decharger sur la plateforme de réservation.

J’ai relevé quelques détails qui pourraient être améliorés afin de vous aider à être plus performant pour l’amélioration de votre appartement;
Changement des poignets de porte de placards, vérifier l’éclairage , améliorer le nettoyage( donner du temps supplémentaire au personnel)
Ceci n’est pas un reproche, cela est juste pour vous aider à améliorer la qualité de votre établissement.

Pratique, hyper bien placé centre ville. Cuisine simple mais bien. Petite chambre, mais ça va. Par contre le lit, pas bien du tout pour deux. Genre creux, et fatigué ( pour un lit c'est un comble) .Personnel sympa !

Mer &golf perpignan is in a good loctaion it looks nice but the woman on reception was extremely rude when asking even the basic of things like how to get to the tourist office.
Thw rooms are nice but i went to sleep amd woke up with bites.
The breakfast was not good value atoll.

Lundi 12 août j’arrive dans le studio, Clim qui a inondé le sol, l’évier bouché et une fuite d’eau dans la salle d’eau… dommage 158 euros le séjour ça fait vraiment mal

Nous avons séjourner 1 nuit pour couper un long trajet. Hôtel propre et situé en plien centre. Accueil agréable. Par contre nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner sur place. Je recommande.
