The location is excellent, just across the side street of Gare Saint-Lazare, with access to 4 metro lines, besides local, suburban and regional trains and, even though so close to a major transport hub, I found the region to be clean, safe and quiet.
The room was good size (especially for Paris standards) and had a very comfortable bed. The only negative thing is that the shower room is really small – I’m not sure all rooms are like that, so, depending on your body type, you should probably check further.
I didn’t book with breakfast included, but I had breakfast almost every day in the hotel, because it was good, inexpensive and very convenient. The breakfast room is very small, and you might miss one thing or another, but it is still a buffet with several options, so much better than some overpriced coffee shops around.

I was happy with its location near one of the big station in Paris, Saint Lazar, which has various stores including carrefour. It also has lots of trains starting the journey from this station to some valuable tour spots.
Best things to have in this hotel: nice air conditioner & room cleaning service. Since I stayed in very hot summer season, the quallity of air conditioner was really important. If you have concern about hot weather in Paris, this hotel will be a good choice.
However, I couldn't just enjoy this hotel due to the small size of room. Maybe it is a common problem of almost of hotels in Paris under 3 star. I checked and compared with some other hotels and then finally choose this hotel though, it was really small for even skinny asian. Especially, bathroom was too small to strech my leg while taking a shower.

Good location. Small hotel, no lounge area - it’s Paris after all, space is limited. Comfortable room with good AC, it reached 100F for a few days. Breakfast buffet is decent, there was no waiting. Staff is very pleasant.
Overall, I think it’s overpriced. Our flight is delayed a day, will try another hotel.

The hotel was fine. but the businesses next door were noisy every night until very late at night! And I spoke to the staff and they didn't/ couldn't do anything! Don't think for a second that I going to wear ear plugs! I didn't went to Paris to put up with anyone's noise! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

La chambre est petite, en corrélation avec le tarif ! La douche est aussi très petite ! Et pas adaptée pour beaucoup de personnes du fait de sa petite taille.
La propreté m’a semblé correcte, mis à part que tout est en moquette en partie tachée .
Le petit déjeuner est bien pour le tarif.
