Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel calme et tout proche à pied du marché de Noël et centre ville. Literie confortable, TV grand écran, chambre et Sdb propres, bien insonorisé. Chambre un peu petite. Petit déjeuné tout à fait correct Bon accueil

Pas de chauffage dans les chambres, il faut meilleur dans les couloirs par temps froid

Excellent, very convenient town centre location in Arras. Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast, although not a wide offering of cooked food, was more than sufficient as well as fresh and healthy. Scrambled eggs very well cooked. Would thoroughly recommend and would stop again.

Lovely hotel right in the middle couldn’t be better

Hôtel idéalement situé pour découvrir Arras et ses places animées. L'hôtel ne possède pas de parking mais il y a de quoi stationner dans les alentours.

The room was clean and adequate but a bit too small. I didn't have space to open a large suitcase anywhere in the room. There was a small shelf under the tv and I collided into it trying to squeeze by the foot of the bed The room was clean but very utilitarian - more like a room in an institution of some kind. It was cold in Arras and the heat was turned off, making for a very chilly night my first night. I spoke to the front desk and got a space heater for the next night. The staff were kind and helpful and it is definitely serviceable but not necessarily 'cozy'. The breakfast the next morning was pretty minimal.

Nice little hotel close to the main square - staff super friendly and helpful - only negative was noise from the street late at night - don’t get a room overlooking the little pizza shop next door

Perfect location, ideal for both squares. Few minutes walk from the station. Rooms comfortable, shower excellent. Breakfast is good..
