Le personnel parfait, la chambre très bien mais malheureusement pour une chambre PMR pas de barre ni à la douche ni à aux toilettes ???? Le lit beaucoup trop bas pour une literie PMR qui doit obligatoirement être à hauteur d'assise sinon impossible de se lever et même l'accompagnant ne peux pas lever l'handicapé. La climatisation qui refroidissait à peine, pratiquement inexistante nous avons compris le lendemain matin car la chambre était inondée, jusque sous le lit nous avons été contraint de mettre toutes les serviettes à terre pour éponger avant le lever de l'handicapée avec en plus les difficultés décrites ci-dessus et le risque de glisser car mouillé au sol. Seul dédommagement 2 cafés offerts, Pour nous vous devriez rembourser la nuitée

Tout était bien, sauf le parking de l’hôtel est à 13,99 euros avec vidéo surveillance la nuit, je trouve que c’est cher, mais on se garer à proximité de l’hôtel gratuitement.

J’ai effectué une réservation dans cet hôtel car il est indiqué qu’il dispose d’un parking, mais voilà quand j’arrive il n’y a pas de place. Donc je dois tourner pendant 3/4 heures dans les alentours pour trouver une place. Si j’avais su,je n’aurais pas pris cet hôtel.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old town of Le Mans. The staff are extremely helpful and speakexcellent English if required. The hotel has the bonus of being able to pre book a space for the car in their secured underground car park. The hotel is also pet friendly. The A/C did fail in the higher temperature when we stayed, 35°C. We haven't had this problem on previous visits.

Je regrette amerement car ,dès l’arrivee on me vole 500€ qui etait dans chequier y le carnet de cheque voler.Dans la chambre il y avait pleins de bestioles volants ,j ́ai du changer de place tete en bas pour que les bestioles ne tombent pas sur ma tete.Il y a pleins sur le rebord de la fenetre par terre ,et j’ai en photos.

Le petit dejeuner était très bien. L'équipement est insuffisant : pas de sèche-cheveux. Le parking de l'hotel est trop petit et je regrette que la plateforme BB Hotels ne m'ait pas signalé le besoin de reservation quand j'ai appelé pour vérifier son existence. Par contre, le personnel sur place a trouvé une solution pour sécuriser mes vélos, qui ne pouvaient rester sur le porte-velos dans la rue.

We paid extra for the confort room but saw no difference. The car park was full. The full breakfast was poor. No orange juice only mixed with apple, no eggs (even boiled ones), only one type of cheese. Could have been so much better.

A beautifully designed, carefully planned Hotel in a quiet, residential part of the area very close to the sea. Every aspect of the room was designed for comfort and ease and it created a very relaxed stay. Stuff was super giving us tips and help and the breakfast was very nice.
