역에서 5분 정도 거리라 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 방도 프랑스 호텔 치곤 괜찮았습니다. 다만, 따뜻한 물이 5~10분 정도 물을 틀어 놓아야 나옵니다. 처음엔 고장난 줄 알고 프론트에 전화도 했었습니다.

니스빌 중앙역에서 가까워서 기차를 이용하기 좋은위치에 있고 니스 시내교통 이용이 편한곳임 깨끗한 편이나 비수기라서 그런지 매일 청소 정리하는 수준이 떨어짐 주차가 않되고 잠시 정차하여 짐내리기도 불편한곳임

호텔 직원의 태도, 룸 컨디션 최악, 윗층 소음 및 엘레베이터 소음이 밤새 납니다. 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않았습니다.

역에서도 가깝고 조금만 걸어가면 관광지도 있고... 지리상으로 정말 좋은 곳이다. 해변이 가까운 곳을 원한다면 이곳보다 조금더 해변에 가까운 곳으로 숙소를 잡는게 좋을거 같다.

I stayed 1night. It is very close to Nice train station. The location is good. The staffs are very kindly and nice. I felt comfortable. However, room is not good. It is little old and not clean. Toilet stool was stained with dirt.

Chambre très propre et spacieuse, bon déjeuner et très bien localisé près de la gare et des sites principaux

We were there two nights and had a great stay. The location is about a 3 or 4 min walk from the train station so zero stress getting there for us. Tram station is also very close if you don't want to walk to the beach front and old town area, which are all within comfortable walking distance. The hotel room was great. Quiet, warm and everything we needed. Bed really comfy as well. We were able to drop out bags early, and leave them on check out day due to our train arrival and departure times. The staff were great to us a well with excellent tips for places to eat. All in all, a great experience.

Petit dejeuner parfait, personnel accueillant sympathique - petit bemol : isolation de la chambre (le ronflement de l autre chambre par exemple) dommage.

Hôtel accueillant et à proximité de toutes les commodités. On peut se balader rapidement en centre-ville.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel from Monaco - just more destinations and excursions leaving from Chicago- to be hosted by one of the best front desk hosts I have encountered through my travels in the last 45 years. Julien was very nice, polite and extremely accommodating with a big smile that never left his face. The next day we met Fabrizio and Abdel who were nice as well. The place looked wonderful, clean and organised. Being a general contractor and owner of few other businesses who took an early retirement so I can enjoy the rest of my life with my wife we decided to travel around from Chicago. That did not, does not or will ever stop me from noticing defects and flaws in businesses when I see them. Employees are supposed to deliver what they're asked to do and the hosts at the Best Western Plus definitely did that and delivered to the max. Turning air conditioners on starting mid May, that's higher archy administration and franchisee decision. We stayed there for one night on April 11th, and it happened to be a hotter night than expected; We couldn't turn the air conditioner on because it's not " the season ye". That's higher archy administrative decision. The room was well cleaned up, organized and ready for us. I strongly recommend Best Western Plus Hotel in Nice and hope you get Julien for your host.

Very good hotel just a couple of blocks from the Nice Ville rail station. The hotel is located in a very central area close to tram and bus stops and the seaside is just a short stroll or four tram stops away. Rooms are clean and spacious, service excellent and the staff is outstanding. Highly recommended!

I wish I stayed more nights. The staff and everything onsite was excellent. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Au revoir!!

Hôtel bien situé en plein centre ville à deux pas de la gare et commodités. Bien dans l'ensemble seul bémol j'avais réservé pour un grand lit et au final j'ai eu 2 lits colé l'un contre l'autre. J'ai donc dormi sur un seul lit qui malheureusement n'était pas solide et qui n'a fait que bouger. Sinon le personnel très sympa et accueillant.
