너무 이쁘고 청결하고 시설 좋고 서비스 좋고 완벽했습니다. 너무 짧게 있어서 아쉽네요. 3박이상은 해야되겠어요.

Gorgeous property! Wonderful spa! Great food!

The location is beautiful, it felt quite unreal but a peaceful and romantic location to get away from it all. We had a room overlooking vineyards, we had dinner and drinks on the terrace which was an amazing dining experience. The choice of wine and quality of food was excellent, service was friendly and professional and we felt well looked after. We also had breakfast at the hotel which offered a great selection of food, however it would be helpful to have a menu for the various choices of eggs that could be made specifically, however I do highly recommend ordering the omelette, probably one of the best omelette’s we have ever had, how could such a simple dish have so much flavour?! We used the pool and spa facilities which were clean, well maintained and being able to order drinks directly via a QR code was an advantage. Our whole experience was beyond our expectations, it is perfect t place for a romantic break, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back.

Det snyggaste hus jag besökt, och bästa hotell och upplevelse också - och då har jag ändå rest en hel del… otrolig miljö, vackra omgivningar, bra mat och så bildskönt att det nästan var löjligt. Absolut högsta betyg!

Beautiful property, location the best French countryside

This was a wonderful beautiful hotel! Just like the pictures. Our jr suite opened up to two loungers 8ft from the vines Great staff really amazing grounds! 5mins to the best wineries and 10mins to The village of St emillion!

The building is spotless and very well appointed. The staff were generally very helpful but it would have been nice to know that the restaurant was fully booked when we made our booking and not when we asked for a reservation to be made. There was a very party having dinner. We were surprised that guests paying full price for a room were not able to get access to the restaurant for dinner as a result. We drove to St. Emilion and had dinner there at a very nice bistro recommended by the helpful hotel concierge. The other thing that was odd was that, when we arrived and asked for a table at the all day brasserie at 2.45pm so we could have a late lunch we were shown to a couple of chairs with a low table - the sort you might have a drink at before dinner. We asked if we could be moved t a proper dining table (there were a number they were unoccupied) and told that this wasn’t possible by the friendly but inexperienced waitress. I went to see the people at the reception area and said we were baffled by this and they “had a word” and it was all resolved satisfactorily. No one else occupied the other free tables while we had lunch. This sort of mindless protocol simply isn’t appropriate for a five star hotel with prices to match. It’s alienating and silly. A low key American guest had a similar experience when he asked to sit at a table in the shade rather than in the (very hot) sunshine. He was refused. The table he requested remained entirely unoccupied throughout.

Expérience enchanteresse ! Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel avec une équipe sympathique et prévenante. La chambre deluxe que nous avions était grande avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un week end d’exception. Mention spéciale pour le cadeau et la carte d’accueil en tant que membre gold Expedia. Ça fait plaisir car pas systématique.Le spa est superbe avec jacuzzi, piscine extérieure, hammam, sauna et douches à thèmes. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité. Rien à dire c’est parfait !

This hotel made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The spa was especially wonderful and made it a perfect place to relax after exploring. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Beautiful place and new rooms are very clean, moderne and comfy. The staff is very helpful and they have a shuttle to go to St-Emilion at 10 min. away.

Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador. One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you and would recommend it without hesitation (check out the frogs in the lake too - a real frog chorus!)
