객실 깨끗하고 직원들 모두 아주 친절했습니다. 일본 여행 자주 다니셨다면 호텔 크기에는 안 놀라실거에요. 정말 작습니다만 행거들이 정말 높은데 달려있어요. 천장이 높은 방이라서 그런지 목욕 수건을 다는 곳이 정말 높습니다 ^^;; 그래도 따뜻한 물 잘 나오고 추가 담요가 있어서 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다. 아마

The best stay in Paris! All staffs are so welcoming and attentive, and the room was very clean. We stayed for one week, and the room was being cleaned every single day which was so nice. I also want to thank Azeeza who let me keep some important stuff in the fridge. The location is also perfect, close to good restaurants, boulangerie, and etc. Only 20 minutes to les marais! We’ll definitely come back for sure.

La chambre 601 est top ! Certes, petite, mais fonctionnelle. Et surtout, elle donne sur la cour et a une petite table extérieure pour grignoter si besoin. La chambre était très propre, le petit-déjeuner très bien, avec un large choix de thés, de viennoiseries.

Free travelers will want to stay near La Nation but if you do, this is a nice clean comfy hotel, overpriced as are most Paris hotels.

Terrific place for five nights in Paris. Although not quite central, the Nation metro is just two blocks away.

Petit hôtel visiblement récemment rénové très accueillant. Personnel souriant et aimable. À 5 minutes à pied de la place de la Nation, donc proche du métro et du rer. Rapport qualité - tarif très bon à mon avis.

This hotel was located in a nice area in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. The metro was less than a five-minute walk away. I found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable if a bit small by my own standards. The Wi-Fi worked great, and the AC kept our room very comfortable. I do have two complaints, though. First, after prepaying for the room online, I was required to pay a "city tax" upon checking in. This amounted to thirty-two Euros or something similar. I understand that, no problem. However, when my wife requested her own room key, she was told that she needed to pay the "city tax" right then. She did so and then told me about it when I saw her again a few hours later. I let her know that I had already paid for this. When I spoke to the front desk, they made it seem like refunding the erroneously collected tax was impossible. I stayed at this hotel for three days, and each day I was told it would be handled the next day. I eventually just suggested having a free breakfast at checkout to call it even because they seemed unable to issue a refund. Second, I woke up my first morning dying of thirst. I went down to the lobby and asked to buy some water. They told me they don't sell water. This seemed odd to me. I mean, they do serve breakfast, but they don't have water? I was told to just drink from the sink. I would not even do that at my own house. I had to go out into the street and buy water from a vendor and then return to my room to sleep.

Great staff Quiet environment and neighborhood

I thought this was great for an inexpensive stay. Friendly staff, nice simple room. On a chill street with great food nearby. Very average breakfast options. Elevator :)

Chambre propre, moderne et jolie. La douche est très propre avec débit parfait. Literie confortable. En effet, l'insonorisation entre les chambres mériterait d'être améliorée.

Clean room

​Le résumé de mon calvaire : ​J'ai passé une nuit absolument affreuse dans cet établissement. Je suis arrivée et j'ai immédiatement constaté que la chambre était glaciale. J'ai tout de suite demandé à partir avec un remboursement pour trouver un autre hébergement, mais cela m'a été refusé. Le réceptionniste, bien que gentil, n'avait absolument aucun pouvoir de décision. Je me suis donc retrouvée "piégée" dans une chambre non conforme. ​Les problèmes techniques majeurs : ​- L'annonce promet du chauffage, mais c'est une publicité mensongère. Le thermostat Daikin Madoka de ma chambre était verrouillé en mode "Esclave" par la gestion centrale de l’hôtel. Malgré mes tentatives, et mes demandes, impossible de l’actionner. La température a vite chutée.. il faisait 9 cette nuit là... ​- Nuisances sonores insupportables : Étant au rez-de-chaussée, l'isolation est inexistante. Le bruit des chasses d'eau des étages supérieurs résonne si fort dans la chambre qu'il est impossible de fermer l'œil. Et pourtant là aussi, l’hotel promettait des chambres insonorisées. ​- Une gestion client inadmissible : ​J'ai passé 2 heures à chercher une solution technique, j'ai fini par manger à 22h, épuisée et stressée. Malgré les preuves flagrantes (photos du thermostat bloqué à l'appui) et le manquement au contrat de base, l'hôtel refuse tout remboursement. Conclusion : Cet hôtel vend des services qu'il ne fournit pas. A fuir!

Everything was amazing and perfect.

Personnel très agréable et chambres propres et bien aménagées. Malheureusement, isolation déplorable, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Le petit-déjeuner est aussi assez décevant, tant par la quantité que par la qualité. Bon rapport-qualité prix tout de même, en dehors du petit déjeuner.

Chambre 204 salle de douche un peu petite notamment espace wc. Manque une vraie étagère pour poser 2 trousses de toilette. Manque une table de chevet où petite étagère sur l'un des côtés.
