Fasthôtel 덩케르크

Früher waren die Zimmer einfach, aber in Ordnung. Leider wird hier nichts renoviert oder gestrichen, schade. Für die Fähre liegt das Hotel gut.

Na ja. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen und gutes Frühstück. Ansonsten schlechtes WLAN und karges Ambiente.

I have award a 5 star based on the budget nature of the hotel. It is great for access to the ferry terminal. Our room was clean as was the bathroom and although compact it provided a good night's sleep at a very competitive rate. The receptionist was excellent (Veronique I think). She was helpful prior to and upon our arrival and spoke English to us as my schoolgirl French isn't up to much! We didn't use the restaurant at all so cannot comment.

Reception is closed 13.00 until 17.00 and not open again until 11.00. Receptionist is indifferent.

I traveled on the le shuttle. This was very near and not expensive. Veronique was very helpful before and after, with clear instructions and a nice manner. A credit to this hotel. The breakfast bar man was nice to speak to. The star of this hotel is the Labrador that meets you on arrival outside the property. If iam in the area again I will bring him a treat. The hotel has so much potential, but is a bit run down. Shore and sink were not in great shape and the pillows are just two cushions. The room had a strange pine decor. I suspect it’s hiding something nasty underneath. A few broken windows and the sun area has fell to bits. All that said, I would stay again, but bring my own pillows. Thankyou Veronique and the dog. He made our stay memorable 👍

Check in was quick and easy, the room and bathroom were clean, but the pillows were a disgrace. They were worn out and the filling had all separated, they really need replacing. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening, rather strange I thought and there were no facilities to get a drink of any sort, very poor I think, especially when you’re travelling, this really needs looking into, poor customer service. The breakfast was lovely, we really enjoy it. Would I stay again, not sure I would.

Our window was cracked like somebody tried to shoot a bullet through it. Check-in has a queue when you arrive at 5 o‘clock sharp (hotel doors are locked before) but check-in lady is professional and as fast as possible. Shower gel still was in single-use small packaging. You don‘t hear much of the other guests.

Des effluves enchanteresses de parfum dès que l’on rentre dans la chambre, ce qui est très apaisant, ça donne presque l’envie de dormir tout de suite ! En ce qui concerne l’amabilité, je trouve que c’est très important et cela a été parfaitement respecté. J’ai reçu un message quelques jours avant notre séjour des gérants de l’hôtel qui sont aimables et très souriants. En plus, ils nous ont bien expliqué la procédure en cas d’arrivée tardive, des procédures simplifiées et rassurantes. Un très beau chien aussi qui nous dit bonjour le matin. Le seul petit bémol, on s’est rendu compte que le lit était assez dur, peut-être envisager davantage de souplesse et pour la signalétique du parking, il serait peut-être pertinent de mettre un panneau plus lumineux pour le différencier de l’hôtel ibis afin de ne pas se tromper. En résumé, nous sommes globalement satisfaits, nous recommandons l’hôtel et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente.

Pros. Friendly and helpful staff, off road parking with gates locked at 22.00. Room clean with fresh linen and towels. Cons. Restaurant closed for holidays in the middle of peak times. (4 minutes drive to Restaurant or burger King).Noisy neighbours in the next room (past midnight talking and banging the window open and shut). No coffee making facilities in room.

Great value for money. Comfortable and clean. Definitely use again

Séjour simple

Première impression, on demande un lit bébé, il est cassé au niveau de la barrière. On passe donc la nuit avec le petit. Lendemain, journée au parc d'attraction. On revient. Plus d'eau chaude. Nul part. Aucun message pour prévenir. Cinq jours plus tard, aucune réponse à la demande de dédommagement. En outre la propreté/securite n'est pas au rdv. On arrive le soir avec des boules de draps dans le couloir, ou le bouton d'alarme pendant au bout d'un fil. Dans la chambre pas grand chose à redire hormis un rideau un peu sale et ce fameux lit bébé cassé.

Also, das Hotel ist nicht so weit von der Fähre, aber sonst nicht in so einer schönen Gegend. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich genug aber machen schon um 21.00 die Rezeption zu. Kommunikation war aber gut, so dass wir wussten wie wir in unsere Zimmer reinkommen konnten. Die Zimmer sind aber seeeehr klein und eng und es gibt wirklich gar keine Annehmlichkeiten. Wirklich super basic. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr klein und ungemütlich aber die Betten waren sonst ok. Frühstück war unpraktisch da man immer in einen Kühlschrank reinlangen musste um vom „Buffet“ was zu nehmen. Das bedeutet dass nur eine Person sich jeweils bedienen konnte. Der Preis war aber sehr günstig also wenn man nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht mit keine Bequemlichkeiten ist es in Odnung. Parken kann man auch umsonst also insgesamt würde ich schon wieder kommen aber nicht um Urlaub zu machen. Höchsten für eine Nacht.

Très bon accueil, hôtel et chambre propres. Parking à l'hôtel et site fermé avec code d'accès, sécurisé. Un peu bruyant mais un rapport qualité/prix convenable.
