Très bel hotel cosy restauré avec beaucoup de gout et surtout un magnifique patio intérieur.

The hotel is located close to the train and bus stations and in a pleasant area near restaurants, bakeries, and shops. It is also walking distance to the city centre and the main sights in the city.

C est devenu très rare les hôtels indépendants, celui ci est une merveille !

Great location if arriving by train. Hotel was comfortable. Room was very small but we just stayed one night on our way to the Pyrenees so it was fine. Nice people at the front desk.

Don’t trust the reviews. Rooms are small and dirty. Bathroom doesn’t have air ventilation

One of the best hotel for the price around the Matabiau station area. The insonorisation was very good even though I was on the first floor with a window directly on the street. The room (Twin Room) was bigger (like way bigger) than expected. The staff was super nice at our arrival and the room was very clean. The breakfast is quite cheap, 4.5 euros for an express breakfast which is good value. The only tiny negative is that the mattresses were a bit stiff for my taste. I still felt well rested in the end and would come back anytime i'm in Toulouse

The hotel is little far from the city centre of Toulous, but it is conveniently located near theain train station.

Hotel was a bit worn. It was average. Room very bland but maybe there are nicer rooms. V close to train station and 10 min walk to city centre. Staff very helpful.

No me ha gustado mucho. Nos dieron una habitación antigua y donde no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Y lo advertí. Nos tuvieron que cambiar a mitad de la noche porque no se podía estar allí. Éramos tres y por cierto la tercera cama no estaba hecha. No volveré a ir a ese hotel. Todavía espero que me den factura.

Comme toujours, très bon hôtel à l'écoute des besoins des clients

I booked a larger bed with a twin bed, it turned out to be a one larger bed with a sofa bed. They wouldn’t change it till the second night to split the larger bed into two twin beds. The safe needs a pair of keys to operate. No filtered water. There is no ventilation for the bathroom. It got very damped and the air was stagnant after used. Comparing the second hotel we stayed next street within same price range, I got to give it a 3 out of 5 at most.

Small hotel with character and very near the station. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

I cant fault this hotel. Close to the train station, but far enough away not to cause any problems. The interior of the hotel was very well designed. I felt it could have been in new orelans.

Property is a 3 minute walk from the main train station. Room includes an excellent European breakfast. Property is very eco friendly. Very friendly front desk. Many dining options within 1 block. Highly recommended

There was an big event going on in Toulouse and the hotel staff tried a "bait and switch" We paid for a medium room and were given a basic. We had to go to the front desk and explain that we were given the wrong tier of room. They were quick to rectify it, but I can't help fell that it was intentional. The room was dirty and dark, the bathroom was awful with tiles literally falling off the wall and put back in place with caulk. The HVAC system did not work and the room got stuffy very quickly. The room we had a window but not to the outside, it was towards the common atrium so, there was no way to get any air movement in the room. The breakfast was OK and parking was limited. We were really disappointed. Do not go by the pictures.
