Hôtel parfait pour la visite du centre de l'ille

Good location in the centre around Lille. Good hotel for a trip here!

Chambre mal isolé du bruit à tout les niveaux, lit qui grince et agencement à revoir (pas de prise au niveau du lit par exemple ou douche sans porte de douche qui ferme). Sinon le reste impeccable accueil et ménage parfaitement professionnel et personnel au soin.

Contrary to the presentation of the hotel at Expedia site there was no such thing as free parking. At the recommendation of the hotel we hat to use a public parking close to the hotel for 26,40 Euro for the one night we stayed. Moreover, we were told that even in case one of the two (!) parking places of the hotel had been free, it would have been payable at a rate close to the one at the public garage. Getting from the hotel to the parking in Lille’s not so easy understandable traffic, coming back to the hotel and all the communication around parking including finding out how and where to pay cost us about an hour of our limited time in Lille. Service was friendly. No air conditioning on a hot day. That was ok as we knew that in advance. We were able to open the window, by doing so, however, we got mosquitos. Location is good. It is close to the old city center and the train station.

The room was slightly small but cosy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and a good price. Good location in the center of the city. Of course this means it is in the center of the city, so you have to be ok with some noise and bustle, but we found it very convenient and the staff was very good about answering questions and giving us recommendations for restaurants and directions. Over all, it was a good hotel!

Had a problem with previous hotel as they were overbooked. After spending 2 hours with expedia customer service i was move d to this hotel. No way 3 star! Very Small room. If you are very tall no way you can use the toilet as the toilet nearly touch the radiator same for the shower, tiny space! Extremely basic. At the end i did not stay and booked a better hotel. Couldnt bother to contact again expedia customer service.

Hôtel ancien mais rénové et très propre. Proche de la gare et du centre ville. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant.

Séjour très correct dans l’ensemble le rapport qualité prix y est la salle de bain est très bien. Seul bémol c’est écrit qui y’a un parking à mon arrivée l’hôtel me dit qu’il y’a que deux places elles sont prise pour moi quand on a deux places de parking on ne met pas qu’il y’a un parking

A perfect example of a quality hotel with very comfortable facilities helpful friendly staff. You can't fault it. Very central to the centre as well as the Eurostar terminal and the local train station.

L'hotel est proche de la gare mais très calme. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. l'espace dans les chambres est assez réduit. Chambre propre. lit très confortable.

Venus passer un week end d’anniversaire en amoureux nous avons pu assister à la conversation télephonique de nos voisines de chambre rentrées dans un vacarme à 3h du matin sans en perdre une miette, l’insonorisation étant tout à fait inexistante ! C’était sans compter sur la personne responsable de la surveillance de nuit qui n’a absolument rien fait quand une alarme a sonné a tout rompre pendant 30 minutes dans la piece d’a côté! hormis nous assurer qu’il est monté frapper, s’excuser et nous annoncer qu’il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible pour nous reloger ! (Enfin si, mais un autre couple l’aurait refusée selon lui, ne convenant pas à la description faite sur le site...) Résultat : une nuit déplorable, et lorsqu’on demande un remboursement l’hôtesse nous répond qu’elle va se rapprocher de sa direction qui à ce jour reste muette. A fuir sauf si vous aimez partager la vie des autres usagers de l’hôtel. Nous ne comptons pas en rester là.

10/10, the hotel staff were the most welcoming friendly people, the room was as to be expected, very comfortable mattress, good amenities, hairdryer extra pillows on request and a blanket too!

C'était un séjour assez agréable, près de la gare, ce qui était important pour un départ matinal. Le personnel de la réception était excellent et serviable. J'aurais peut-être dû expliquer mon problème à l'avance, mais l'ascenseur n'allait pas jusqu'à l'étage de ma chambre, j'ai donc dû porter une lourde valise dans les escaliers. Mais ce n'était pas trop grave
