Holiday Inn LILLE - OUEST ENGLOS, an IHG Hotel

Bon accueil, la chambre était propre et accueillante. Le restaurant : ce qui m’a été servi était bon, mais la carte laisse penser qu’il y a plus de choix que la réalité ne le montre. Dommage, ce n’est peut-être pas de chance?

Chouette hôtel pour découvrir la région. Merci encore à tout le personnel.

Looks shabby but inside no faults. Staff helpful. Clean and tidy. Road connections great for getting to different places.

Convenient for the motorway. Clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is not open at weekends but there are other restaurants nearby

Bien déçu, je suis déja venu ici plusieurs fois. Mais lors de ce séjour j'ai eu très froid, la chambre n'avait pas été chauffé et le grand couloir était lui aussi relativement froid. Le chauffage ( ventilation) laissait à désiré. Cet établissement aurait grand besoin de travaux il devient désuet. Seul le restaurant m'a paru convenable avec des produits qualitatifs.

Chauffage clairement insuffisant dans la chambre, pas de débit d'eau sous la douche, une honte à ce niveau de gamme.

Normal hotel in the middle of nowhere. Good if you look a place well comunicated outside of the city. They should improve the gym, it´s quite poor. Friendly people at the restaurant.

De kamers zijn wel okay, goed bed, ruim, koelkastje en goed warm water. Echter de buitenkant is in zeer slechte staat alleen een nieuwe verflaag is niet voldoende, en als je laat komt eten is niet alles ( brood ) meet vers, wel veel keuze. Hotel ligt dicht bij snelweg en op 3 km van winkelcentrum incl zeer grote supermarkt!

Hotel bruyant la télécommande de la TV ne fonctionnait pas Le personnel de l'accueil était sympathique mais il a oublié d'activer mon badge magnétique et j'avais une chambre tout au bout du couloir... Il m'avait laissé un message plus tôt dans la journée, j'ai essayé de le rappeler, je suis tombée sur une centrale délocalisée qui m'a transférée sur une musique d'attente. 3min30 après, j'ai jeté l'éponge Petit déjeuner OK parking très bien lits confortables

Five nights for day trips in the area

The general room condition was OK but the carpet seemed rather stained and off-putting. The outside of the building looked very tired and in need of a lick of paint. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hôtel un Peu peu vieillot de l’extérieur, mais à l’intérieur, rien à redire. Très belle prestation et très calme.

Dommage que la piscine n'est pas couvert! Nous sommes dans le NORD. Elle serait un atout pour l'hôtel.

Perhaps the outside of the hotel doesn't look modern, the inside is all nice. Rooms are large and the breakfast and dining area are spacious and comfortable. Good number of tables outside plus a swimming pool plus a large garden for guests to enjoy. Staff very friendly and all speak English, but I preferred to practise my French. So, all in all, a very pleasant (business) stay.

Mooie kamers, maar van buiten zou een schilderbeurt welkom zijn. Klein zwembadje. Goed maar eenvoudig restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Rustig gelegen met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Goed ontbijt

The rooms weer neat en the people friendly. Only the breakfast could’ve had more options, it was very limited.

The bad part of this hotel is the bathroom and toilet are very dirty. The hotel needs a bit of renovation for sure. Overall was ok for just a night.
