런던에서 유로스타를 타고 도보로 이동하여 체크인 가능한 거리에 있습니다. 도보 이동시에 주위 환경이 청결하다는 인상은 받지 못했지만, 체크인 할때부터 환대를 받는다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 객실은 청결하고 관리가 잘 되어 있고, 조식도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 루브르 박물관의 입장권도 예매가 가능했는데 여름 성수기라서 그런지 당일 입장권은 못했고 다음날 것을 예매하여 다녀왔습니다. 예매 시에도 직원이 친절히 안내해 주었습니다. 파리 동역 바로 앞이라 지하철로 관광지를 다니기에는 매우 편리했습니다. 큰 도로 옆이라 밤에 약간의 소음은 있었으나 불편할 정도는 아니었습니다.

Great location being by the train and major transport, even kids had fun taking the underground. If you know that going in, you know it may come with outside noise the hotel cannot control. Even still, it is charming to sleep with the windows open and hear the true sounds of Paris. Staff was great but never had any issues that needed their attention. Just a late night water, and they attended to it right away. For US people, it has an elevator so that is a huge plus! We had a wonderful stay. Some of the best pastry and bread can be found just walking distance down the road. Local good places!

Convenient location across the gare

Nice, clean hotel that did exactly what I needed - gave me a shower, a comfy bed, and a place to grab a drink or two after a long day of touristing. I got in super late at night during the May heatwave after a long day of travel and was so thankful for an air-conditioned property and staff that spoke English (my French stopped working after it hit +27 and 60% humidity). The room was quite small, but since it was my first time in Paris, I don't know how unusual that is. It was clean and cozy, and had A/C - although it struggled to keep up, it took the edge off the heat and I can't imagine not having it at all. The lobby and bar area are clean, refreshed, and very nice, but you definitely feel the age of the building once you get on the room floors. I'm a big walker when travelling, so I found the location to be convenient enough. Overall, decent stay at a very reasonable price.

No aircon in paris at a 4-star hotel during a heatwave is not ok.

The location was great. It was within walking distance to Montemarte and other Paris locations and extremely convenient for anyone who rather use the Metro or train station.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro and train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The reception team gave us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived and were always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Paris

the room was dificult to find, and I found weirdly the location not convenient and very dificult and expensive to reach Charles de Gaul

Failed basic expectations of a 4 stars hotel (to be honest even of a 3 stars one). The air conditioning was not working during the heat wave. Which means the room was like a sauna. We slept naked and still struggled to sleep because of the heat. After a 3 day vacation which was supposed to be a rest we came back home more tired than ever. According to my sleep tracker I was unable to reach REM any day (probably due to the heat). When we went to the reception they couldn't offer to change rooms, nor had a fan. In the end only thing they gave us was not charging the chips we ate. On top of that the shower was really bad. It had low pressure and we had to balance the hose so it doesn't fall. Finally, the first day I worked from the hotel and the Internet was terrible. I eventually just thetered internet from my phone. They had a paid option that was supposedly better but it is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to not have free decent Internet... Specially nowadays as internet is so cheap to buy. I thought NH hotels had standards as I had stayed at the chain before but clearly not. Not staying again. I would recommend Expedia to update this hotel entry to 2 stars to match the service they provide.

Great place to stay.

We had a nice one night stay at NH Paris Gare De l'Est. The people at the reception were very nice and polite. Also the service at the bar was good. The room was a good size - especially for Paris - and had a good amount of storage space. There was a kettle, a standard courtesy tray and a stocked minibar. They took a deposit for the mini bar which they then refunded. We appreciated the possibility of being able to make our own tea or coffee when we felt like it and also having a properly stocked mini bar. They had a nice big bathroom with a combined bath and shower, which we liked. The bathroom had a good amount of storage space. If we were to take an early morning train from Paris Gare De l'Est, this hotel would be our number one choice.

What a great experience we had! The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful, it’s right next to a main metro station and easy to get around. There are many little restaurants next door with fantastic food. I loved that you could get free drinks at the bar just for not getting your room done every day. Beds were comfy, and there are free apples and candy to start your day. The windows are single pane so bring earplugs…. Totally recommend!!

Dommage que les chambres soient un etroites

Félicitations au personnel de l’accueil , le portier , les femmes de ménage, le barman etc…. Vous êtes des personnes accueillantes et chaleureuses. Lorsque nous sommes arriver de l’aéroport nous étions trempés de la tête au pied. Vous nous avez trouvé une chambre disponible qui était parfaite. Vos petites attentions, vos beaux sourires. Vous allez nous manquez et soyez sûrs que nous serons vos ambassadeurs au Canada. Si nous revenons à Paris un jour nous reviendrons « à la maison » Milles mercis pour tout et à tous. Alles war bestens. Lage sehr praktisch für einen Städtekurztrip per Bahn direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs.

Frokosten var veldig bra, utvalget er ikke veldig mange, men matvarene er ferske og smakfulle! Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Beliggenheten er top. T-banen nr. 5 og 7 er rett utenfor døren!
