A very nice hotel. The room and bathroom were clean. The room has everything you need. The location is great, not far from Belleville and Pere Lachaise where there are bistrots and cafes. Not far from the metro to get to other parts of Paris.

Very poor value for money overall. The hotel is extremely basic for the price you pay. While it seems quite new and generally well maintained, there were too many basic issues throughout the stay. The room was never actually cleaned during our stay - they would only make the bed and change the towels every two days, but they wouldn’t wipe down the bathroom sink, clean the surfaces or even remove things left on the nightstands. Paying hotel prices in Paris and not having the room properly cleaned daily feels quite unreasonable. On top of that, several basic amenities didn’t work properly: the fridge wasn’t working (which is frustrating when you store food without realizing it’s not cold), the main shower faucet didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain. Overall, it felt more like paying hotel prices for a hostel-level experience.

Établissement parfaitement entretenu, propre. Rue un peu bruyante.

Isolation phonique côté rue et chambre à chambre à revoir eu égard la catégorie 3 étoiles de l’hôtel. Sans prêter l’oreille nous avons entendu nos voisins faire un câlin !!! Pour le reste c’est bien

A limpeza excelente; o bar estava off, apesar de abastecido, estava desligado. Talvez para que não comprasse algo que necessitasse de refrigeração. Por algumas vezes e cerca da 23h30m, alguns hóspedes estavam gritando e fazendo muito ruído. Não sei se o hotel tomou alguma providência. O café da manhã é até razoável, mas bem repetitivo. Fiquei 10 dias e, no quarto dia já não aguentava.

The breakfast menu was really good. The only downside was that room was kind of small.

Be sure to pack a universal charger They charge you for city tax (it was in the email, I just didn’t notice it) Staff is very nice and prompt It was a quaint hotel

Petite chambre mais impeccable - l’hôtel est très bien décoré. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, bon choix et produits de qualité. Au besoin je ne hésiterai pas à y retourner.

Alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist gut angebunden auch wenn es etwas außerhalb von Stadzentrum liegt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Brasserien. Frühstück klein aber in Ordnung. Zimmer etwas klein aber Betten ok und Badezimmer modern.

La chambre qui m'a été attribué sentait une odeur de moisi et de tabac froid. Le bureau était rempli de poussières (photos à l'appui), il y avait des tâches blanches suspectes sur le rideau. La moquette était sale. Quasiment aucun équipement dans la chambre. Ascenseur minuscule qui ne peut contenir qu'une personne à la fois. Aucune compensation ni changement de chambre n'a été proposé.... Signalement fait au réceptionniste de nuit puis le lendemain au patron de l'établissement, qui ne semblait pas tellement désolé de cette situation. Le sens de l'accueil et de la satisfaction client est clairement à revoir. Je déconseille fortement à toute personne de séjourner dans cet hôtel. J'ai dû écourté mon séjour à cause de ce désagrément. J'ai par la suite trouver un autre hôtel qui remplissait clairement les critères en terme de propreté, d'équipements, d'accueil, et pour bien moins cher ! Très déçue par cette expérience
