Lovely stay. The staff were so very helpful and accommodating. If I go back to Paris, I will stay there again.

A magnificent hotel! The entire staff were most helpful and friendly. The location was quiet yet close to Metro and Seine. Five stars!

Although parts of the hotel are arguably a little tired, there is a lot to recommend to people with a sense of history. The location is excellent, staff friendly, rates fare, the breakfast decent. My second stay, and I will go again.

The hotel was cosy, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful at all times. We had an amazing stay and will stay there again next time we visit Paris. The only thing I’d say was an issue was the key situation. You have to leave your key at reception each time you leave the hotel. This caused some problems. Sometimes there was no member of staff to take our key as we left despite ringing the bell which was a security issue. There were also a few times I had to retrieve the key from behind reception because again there was no staff around despite ringing the bell many times. I hope they can find a better alternative to this as it was starting to get frustrating. However, I wouldn’t let it get in the way of what was a fantastic hotel. We can’t wait to return!

Greay location, nice staff, beds slept great, older looking property...good use updating and modernizing.

The staff was courteous and the breakfast good. Location is very good. The room tough even if spacious, was definitely in need of refurbishment and the furniture was quite old as well. In addition, no tea or coffee tray in the room, that for a 4 stars and nowadays could be a bit disappointing.

Excelentes acomodações. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Banheiros amplos e confortáveis. Chamou a atenção a falta de roupões de banho e chinelos de banho, além da falta de ar condicionado no quarto.

Continental Breakfast was free and good. Front desk staff were very responsive to my questions. Only downsides were small elevator (fits 2 or 1 with luggage), rather crooked, leaving and some steep steps and noise from outside hotel.
