23m2 에 비해서 방이 너무 작았습니다. 콘솔이나 물건을 놓아 둘 장소가 없어서 불편했어요

아주 조용하게 가족들이랑 보냈습니다 다만 길가쪽의 방은 약간 소란스러웠습니다

위치는 관광지 이동에 편리하고 직원 응대는 친절합니다.하지만 방 청소를 오후에 늦게 해서 휴식에 불편을 겪었습니다. 방 크기는 22제곱미터라고 광고했지만 실제로는 캐리어를 간신히 펼쳐 놓을 정도로 매우 작았습니다. 냉장고나 미니바는 없습니다. .전화기는 고장이 나서 리셉션과 통화할 수 없어 직접 내려가야 했습니다. 노트북 책상은 아주 작아 작업에 불편했고. 화장실 세면기에도 여유 공간이 없습니다. 실내 온도는 최고 22도 이상 올릴 수 없습니다. 리셉션에는 고객을 위한 무료 휴식 공간이 없고 유료 바가 있습니다. 입구에서 엘리베이터까지 계단을 통과해야 하며 엘리베이터는 두 사람이 이용하기에 충분합니다. 4성 호텔이지만 환경친화적이므로 어메니티는 기대하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

very good location, helpful friendly staff, great hotel, clean and great amenities

A great stay in this Hotel. Excellent and helpful stuff, big comfortable room, great location, nice breakfast. What can you get better.

This hotel is fantastically situated in the historical center of Avignon- everything is within walking distance. It’s no-frills, but spotless and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and in the hot weather, the air conditioning worked a charm. The staff was lovely, welcoming us with a gift tote and a very sweet hand-written welcome note. Breakfast was quite good. Great value for money, absolutely no complaints from us.

Excellent hotel! Staff were friendly and very helpful at check in when we needed to find parking. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and rooms were modern and clean. The location is perfect for exploring Avignon. Would definitely recommend!

Great location! Didn't partake in the breakfast and stayed just 1 night. The staff was fantastic and the bed/pillows superb.

Absolutely adore this hotel!! Returned a couple of weeks later as I liked it so much. Great breakfast and staff can’t do enough for you. Has a great vibe overall and conveniently located.

Le personnel et les services ne sont pas la cause de ma faible note, au contraire, sans eux cela aurait été encore pire. Le souci provient uniquement des nuisances sonores provenant de la rue sur laquelle donnait la chambre. La musique jusqu’à tard dans la nuit puis les gens éméchés qui crient. Suivis par le bruit des engins de nettoyage à 5h du matin. Bref sommeil inexistant mais accueil et petit déjeuner au top. Les chambres donnant sur cour doivent être parfaites !

This hotel is in a great location, center of the city and right across the street from Office of Tourism where tour groups pick you up for excursions into the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Avignon. If I go back I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and breakfast was excellent!

An excellent hotel - very comfortable and clean, good beds and bedding, as well as modern bathroom and lavatory fittings. The staff are charming and the provision of a hospitality tray in the room was an unusual and a welcome amenity in a French hotel. The buffet breakfast is excellent with fresh home-cooked options, cereals, a varied and interesting selection of viennoiseries, freshly pressed orange juice and very good coffee. The small bar is well stocked, the drinks generous and reasonably priced. They will even lend umbrellas if needed! The location is excellent - at the end of the main shopping street, within easy walking of the museums, galleries, Papal palaces and gardens and -a real bonus-5 minutes walk from the central railway station with regular services to the TGV station (about a 6 minute journey.

Wonderful small hotel in a remodeled older structure right in the heart of old Avignon. Staff very professional and helpful and accommodating, even received a nice hand written welcome note from the property manager (very nice touch), and a free cotton travel bag. Wonderful room with view of the street. Very close to the old palace and many great dining options. Ten minute walk from the train station, which connects by 15 minute ride to the TGV station, so super easy to get to. We stayed two nights, the room was surprisingly large and very comfortable. This hotel has a good elevator but there are a few odd steps upon entry. Both the elevator lobby and the reception area are about two feet above ground level, so when you walk in, you have to step up to the reception, then back down, then back up to get to the elevator bank. Part of the charm of being in a historic building I guess. Anyway, would definitely recommend this hotel.
