Very practical location for trains, metro and buses. The staff were very friendly, very efficient and helpful. The room was clean and for me it provided everything I needed. I was in a double room as a single occupant. I think that the room would have been too small for two with very restricted space around the bed and very little space for luggage. The bathroom is absolutely fine for a small person like me(165cm) but may be very restricted for anyone taller or wider than me. Breakfast buffet was lovely with good healthy options. I would book here again

Hôtel pratique roche gares, récemment et plutôt bien rénové. Les chambres donnant sur la coursive intérieure ne sont pas exposées au bruit des trains. Propreté irréprochable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Excelente estadia! Todos educadíssimos! Em especial o Reinaldo, que conhecemos durante o café da manhã, cubano super simpático que nos acolheu e foi solícito durante nossos dias em Paris e virou um amigo.

Es una instancia como para 2 días no más, el barrio es inseguro de noche, el desayuno es bueno, pero siempre hay lo mismo para desayunar, si te quedas más de dos días te hartas de lo mismo.

It was the loudest hotel i ever stayed at. It was next to a club and being in the hotel room it was like being in the club the hotel refused to move me in a nother room.

J'ai passe un excellent séjour pour son calme et le côté pratique pour les transports. Je recommande !

Great customer service

Sans doute un hôtel convenable si vous n'êtes pas dans la chambre 403 dont la fenêtre est mal montée. Conséquence : malgré un matériau très correct et un double vitrage phonique, le chambranle de gauche n'est pas suffisamment solidaire du mur ce qui anihile toute l'isolation phonique ou thermique du vitrage (les sons et l'air passent par le chambranle de gauche)... ce qui, lorsqu'on sait que la fenêtre donne directement sur la route et sur les très nombreues voies de chemin de fer de la Gare du Nord n'annonce pas le meilleur calme ! Délicate attention de l'hôtel néanmoins (mais qui est malheureusement édifiante) : une paire de boules quies est gracieusment disponible sur la table de chevet... A part ce gros bémol, la chambre était propre mais très petite... tout comme la serviette de douche (dont j'ai cru que c'était la "petite serviette" habituelle pour les mains/visage), la literie très bonne, la cafetière de courtoisie présente.

I woke up in the middle of the night to the ceiling dripping with toilet water. I addressed this with the front desk and they did nothing to solve the issue for me.

Too much noise at night from trains passing by near hotel. However, the ear plugs are ready Bon each room for this purpose. The staff is great . I found the breakfast a bit pricey. All in all, it was good !

it was like sleeping on a railway line - the very close railway line going until late and starting early made sleeping almost impossible - not great for the business traveller who needs to work the next day

It terms of location if you can handle the smell, then you’ll be fine less then 5 minutes to the main station. The staff were rude and unapologetic to mistakes made on there behalf. The room wasn’t clean( have to he bed bug bites to prove it ) and for the price your paying not worth it,

Även om hotellet låg nära järnvägen så var det inte direkt störande. I övrigt bra läge till stationerna Nord och Est där man enkelt kan åka vidare med olika tåg. Nära till kanalen, trevligt område.

Une chambre petite mais propre. Le gros problème c’est l’isolation avec du bruit venant des voies ferrées ET des couloirs H24

Single room, approximately 2 meters (6-ish feet) wide. Overall, very loud room overlooking active train yard. Room had earplugs provided, and window did not seal. The floor was slanted toward the head of the bed, so I had to “reverse” the bed sheets and pillow to keep from having headaches. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and AC was cold.
