We had bedbugs on our bed, but we did not get any compensation or apologies from the hotel. The manager avoided us all along and didn’t keep her words to give us full refund. She made no effort to apologize or communicate with us. When I first found the bedbug, I killed it on our bed sheet which left clear blood marks. While I looked for an insecticide and sprayed all around the bed, two went out of sight. We called the front desk and the staff came to our room and checked the marks together. He told us other rooms were full and all he could do was to change the sheets. But we already saw the bugs crawling on the bed so could not sleep in it even with the new sheets. We wanted to move to another hotel. The staff called the manager, and she promised us full refund. I wanted to make sure, so asked the staff repeatedly. He confirmed it several times and told us that the manager will call us in the morning for the process. Yet, the manager hasn’t called in the morning or not even after two days. Everytime I called the hotel, they said I cannot talk to the manager and she’s not there. The staff said the manager couldn’t find any bedbugs, so she won’t give us full refund. She completely changed her words. How can you say that there was no bug in the first place after I killed one and sprayed insecticide all over the bed? The hotel does not respect the guests. Their priority is not the guests but only their money. If you wish to enjoy your trip, please do not stay here.

호텔에 늦게 도착하는 바람에 하나 남은 1층에 있는 유일한 방을 배정 받았는데, 그 방이 장애인이나 고령자를 위해 새로 리모델링한지 얼마 안된 것 같았고 예약 당시 사진에서 보던 것과 달라서 처음에는 약간 실망했다. 혹시 다른 방이 있는지 문의했으나 그 방이 마지막이어서 옮겨 주지 않았는데 막상 방에 묵어보니 시설 자체는 전부 새로 설치한 것이라 깨끗했고 히터도 작동이 잘 되어 예상보다 아늑해서 괜찮았다. 원래 2박 예약했다가 사정이 생겨서 1박만 하고 나왔는데 호텔 측에서는 우리에게 하루 지난 후에는 자리가 생겨서 방을 옮겨줄 수 있다고 제안을 하기도 하였다. 처음에 방 배정에 대해서 약간 실망하였으나, 그 후에 여러 직원들이 친절히 응대해주고 여러 서비스를 제공해주어 인상이 좋아졌다. 다음에 다시 스트라스부르에 가게 된다면 다시 묵고 싶을 정도. 호텔에서 걸어서 대성당이나 쁘띠 프랑스를 다 돌아볼 수 있어서 위치도 괜찮았다. 단, 지하 주차장으로 들어가는 통로가 다른 프랑스 호텔처럼 엄청 좁아서 큰 차를 가지고 간다면 유의해야 한다.

So close to everything. Clean rooms and superb staff!

We traveled here for 2 nights but immediately checked out once we got to our room. The lack of pictures should have given me a sign. The room was supposed to be a triple room 260 square feet. It was the size of a cruise cabin room. The bathroom was a nice size but the room itself was tiny. They put a cot on the floor which was under a desk that would have my mom hit her head at night. Rooms are big enough for 2 people max. Maybe with a baby but that’s it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a night refunded but in hindsight I should have made a bigger issue and gotten part of the second night too (minus thehe cost of cleaning as we did go into the room and sit on the bed). Other things to note the elevator was tiny. The hallway to the rooms were super dark. The entry itself was clean but had a smell of rancid spilled coffee with milk. The hotel is advertised as 4 stars but realistically only a 2.5 star hotel if I’m being generous. This was an expensive mistake

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, wo man schnell und unkompliziert zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß kommt. Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind leider für große Autos eine Herausforderung. Die äußerst enge Tiefgarage ist für größere Autos eine sehr knappe Angelegenheit (max. ein Audi Q3 von breite und Höhe) und auch die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage etwas kompliziert. Man muss hierbei einen geeigneten Moment abwarten, um über die Tramschienen zu fahren und dann sich vor das geschlossene Garagentor zu stellen um dann ins Hotel zu gehen und einzuchecken. Eine Reservierung vorab um einen Tiefgaragenplatz mit Angabe des Fahrzeuges ist sehr empfohlen, gerade mit Elektrofahrzeugen, da die Lademöglichkeiten stark begrenzt sind.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Raumhöhe extrem tief, man kam sich vor wie in einer alten GARAGE...

Pas de prise électronique pres du lit, matelas pas tres confortable, etat de le chambre merite un rafraîchissement. C est un 4 etoiles qui en mérite 3

We stayed here for two nights with our small dog. The property is pet-friendly and well located, just a 10 minute walk from the city center and the Christmas market. We also used the on site parking, which was very convenient. The only thing that could be improved is including bottled water in the room rate. That said, there is a supermarket right in front of the hotel, where for less than the price of a minibar bottle you can an buy a six pack.

The breakfast was very good, the location was perfect, and the heating system worked extremely well. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable

Très bon hôtel, très bien placé dans la ville. J’ai été juste un peu déçue à mon arrivée le 8 Octobre vers 21h, l’accueil était en dessous de mes attentes: la personne qui m’a donné la carte de la chambre ne m’a donné aucune indications, ellen voyant que je n’allais pas au bon endroit, elle est finalement venue me dire que les escaliers pour accéder à la chambre étaient de l’autre côté.
