This hotel is just near Champs-elysees. Very convenient to go west side of Paris for your business. Nice breakfast and kind people.

추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 기본적인 어메니티도 제대로 주지않고, 요청해야만 "없냐며" 가져다 주겠다고 합니다. 3박이나 했는데, 3일내내 그랬습니다. 방에선 시큼한 냄새가 많이나고- 화장실에선 주기적으로 하수구 물빠지는 큰 소리가 납니다 (약 2분마다 한번씩) . 4성급치고는 진짜 너무 별로입니다. 다른데 가세요. This hotel is not good for stay. We stayed 3 night 4 days at this hotel, but Housekeeper never give us hair conditional before we asking. And no room sliper, no tooth brush, and room smell is really disgusting. (We put our perfum to attenuate this smell everyday) Hotel room is too small that we can not open our suitcase at all. Think deeply to decide to stay here!

개선문, 에펠탑, 샹제리제거리 어디든 7,8분만 걸으면 갈 수 있는 위치에 있고 대중교통도 가까이 있어서 위치상 베스트입니다. 호텔 기본 세트를 록씨땅 제품으로 깔아주는데 쓰기 아깝더라구요..ㅎㅎ 바닥이 카펫이 아닌 마루바닥이라 너무 좋았어요. 직원도 친절하시고 주변에 맛있는 카페도 있고 저는 호텔 바로 앞에서 자전거 렌트를 해서 쭉 다녔어요. 프랑스는 명소가 많아서 한두정거장 차이로 있는데 걷기엔 힘들고 차타기 애매한 거리는 전부 자전거로 다녔네요.

위치가 참 좋습니다. 샹제리제에서 걸어서 5분거리에 있고, 세느강변도 가깝습니다. 주변에 조그만 마트도 있고 식당도 많이 있습니다. 객실도 청결합니다.

Great hotel! Breakfast was amazing and room was a decent size.

The bathrooms are outdated and the lighting in there is poor. The rooms are spacious by Europe standards and are clean and nice. Liked the robes and slippers provided. The hotel breakfast was ok, but the ambiance in the breakfast area is pretty cool. The staff is very helpful and friendly

Room was great. We greatly enjoyed the shower! Great toilettries available. Great location. Front desk staff very friendly and great resource when planning activities. Breakfast was great. The butter was out of the world. Overall great stay.

The property was under construction. We were not alerted that we will be walking in constant dust on the second floor

Staff were excellent, Ali allowed us to check in early as we had arrived on an early morning flight and was exhausted! We so truly appreciated this. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, great location. Thank you!

They put us on the floor that was under construction. The ENTIRE FLOOR HALLWAY. Our 3 day stay turned out to be a disaster. How do you even dare to put your guests while drilling the ceiling and painting walls? Dust everywhere, falling on top of our heads. I mean it is quite absurd. I will make sure these pictures end up on every site that I find this hotel listed online. You either relocate your guests to a different floor/room, reimburse for the inconvenience or find other ways to take care of your customers. Breakfast was quite lame. Conditioner for hair in rooms diluted with water… absurd.

While the entire team was friendly, the standout star of our experience was undoubtedly Quentin at the front desk. Quentin went above and beyond the standard duty of service. From the moment we checked in, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our trip smooth. Crucially, Quentin took the stress out of our arrivals and departures by efficiently arranging our airport transfers. His organization and detailed planning ensured we had reliable, prompt transportation both to and from the airport, which allowed us to maximize our time enjoying the city. He confirmed times, sent reminders before our arrival and helped us navigate any last-minute adjustment and suggestions with cheerful ease. It is rare to encounter such dedication and personalized service. Quentin is an absolute asset to this establishment. If you are looking for a hotel with a superb location and staff that truly cares, look no further. We cannot wait to return! Merci infiniment pour tout !
