Small size hotel, only one person is in the reception, strict check-in service on time. Firstly it was ok, but on the second day there was no cleaning service. The cleaning lady did not seem to work, so many rooms were not cleaned. So when i complained it, my reaction to the reception staff was not kind and even scary, horrible!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel le Rocroy. Our only complaint is that the sofa bed was quite creaky. Otherwise, staff were very helpful and accommodating, and we enjoyed having access to a kitchenette with the suite.

Great little hotel very convenient for Metro, Gare du Nord and Gare l'Est. Excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff who all spoke English for us, thank you, loads of restaurants around. Definitely stay there again.

Beds were comfortable. Walk in shower sprayed everywhere. The smoke detectors are sensitive, which is a good thing. I’d rather have been woken up at 1:30am for a false alarm because someone was smoking than for it to have been missed all together and have been a more serious situation. (Which did happen)

Great location when you are coming into the city from Gare Nord. A good hike from the centre of town. Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and had all the necessities. Wish the spa was finished construction when we were there. I would stay here again.

Jessica at the Front Desk was exceptional. She gave us some meaningful tips and great local recommendations that really made our stay memorable. The hotel itself was okay. Room was a bit tight and breakfast variety very limited.

Pros: Hôtel was super cute! Room was comfy and set up well. The location was great - convenient to metro and to walk around. Cons: Neighborhood is a little run down. Ants in the bathroom. We had a great stay and the guy that checked us in was super helpful with food recommendations.
