호텔 마르베야

깨끗하고 조용하고, 바다가 바로 앞이어서 산책하기도 아주 좋았어요. 또 갈거냐 물으면 당연히 그렇다고 말할것 같습니다. 그런데 아침은 가격에 비해 좀 부실한 듯 해요.

I stayed 1 night, easy check in and comfy bed. Simple stay and I was able to store my luggage during the day safely. The bathroom sink hasn’t been cleaned, otherwise a good stay

Chambre agréable en plein centre de biarritz, à deux pas de la plage. Personnel très accueillant.

Room is small but very clean. Main areas of hotel could use a bit of tlc I.e. carpet and paint. Breakfast buffet was worth the price compared to nearby breakfast spots. Staff was accommodating and extremely helpful.

Room was small but I had everything I needed. The location was excellent. The beach was steps away. Sadly, I only stayed one night. I would definitely stay at Hotel Marbella again. .

Très bon court séjour à Biarritz

Personnel sympathique, hôtel propre et très bien placé. Les chambres sur rue sont cependant très bruyantes.

Close to the beach and very central to restaurants and shops. room was a bit small but only stayed for 1 night, didn’t bother me

Bien globalement pour un court séjour a Biarritz. Beaucoup d’options dans la rue pour bruncher ou dejeuner.

voyage de 3 nuits 4 jours avec une amie - région magnifique - Hôtel très très bien situé. Très propre. Personnel très sympathique et très réactif au demande. Très serviable - Nettoyage fait tout les jours - Je recommande vivement cet hôtel - rapport qualité prix : très bien. Petit déjeuner : convivial - salle très propre - de tout (mais ne pas aller trop tard). Bref, très bon séjour.

Had a lovely stay at the Brit Marbella. The location can’t be beaten, seconds from the beach and surrounded by lots of food and bars! Booked a balcony room but ended up getting a view of the back of the hotel instead of at the front where all the fun was happening which was a little disappointing. But the room itself was comfortable and clean. I would recommend wearing earplugs because we found we could hear the other guests in their rooms quite easily

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Staff called us 2 days before we were due to arrive demanding payment and threatening to cancel our stay if we didn't pay immediately over the phone despite having selected the pay at the property option. After giving our card details, the staff were extremely rude and suggested we did not have enough money in our accounts to pay for our stay. Eventually after many attempts they accepted our payment. Upon arrival, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We opened our room to discover a bucket collecting leaking water from the ceiling. Staff informed us there was nothing they could do when we brought the issue to them, claiming it was condensation due to the hot weather. The room itself was in poor condition and there was only one wall socket. Would not recommend.

Vi bodde på detta hotell 2019, och var då nöjda. Toppenläge i Biarritz, nära till restauranger, surf & bad. MEN, nu när vi bodde där igen så var det tyvärr en försämring. Städningen är under all kritik, tex så var det alltid sand kvar på golvet när vi kom hem, duschväggen putsades inte en enda gång under våra 6 nätter, vi fick in myror i rummet från terrassen och kommoden rengjordes inte (dem flyttade inte på en enda grej för att rengöra kommoden, vilket kändes halvfräscht). På detta, så slutade vår ac att funka när de varmaste dagarna kom. Deras ursäkt var att ac:n bara klarar att kyla ner när det är en viss värme, men det var kallt i korridorerna, vilket kändes märkligt. Så ingen lösning från deras sida utan bara ursäkt att det var pga värmen ute.. Halvkul att sova i ett 27 gradigt rum.. allt som allt, så hade jag absolut kunna bo där igen, men absolut inte för den summan de tar för rummen, då ska det vara en högre standard.

Difficult to access by car as road is closed after 11 am. Very central location, view of ocean from the balcony. It’s on a noisy street but with windows and sliding door closed the noise is minimal. Frigo and kettle in the room very much appreciated.

Es demasiado caro para el nivel que dicen tener, no tiene comodidades de nada sobre todo estando cerca de la playa debería contar con más espacios para poder secar la ropa etc

Hôtel très bien placé. Cependant plusieurs points négatifs : 1/ en arrivant à l’hôtel l’hôtesse d’accueil nous a pas du tout prévenu que le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas jusqu’au moment de l’installation. Même en nous proposons un ventilateur, il faisait tout de même très chaud. Elle nous a également conseillé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, comment vous expliquer qu’avec le bruit des voitures, des passants on entendait tout ? Deuxième journée, on a changé de chambre, dans laquelle le climatiseur fonctionnait évidemment mais impossible de changer la température ni de changer de programme. Dormir avec une clim à 26 degrés en été ....... il y a évidement plusieurs autres Brit hotel qui valent le coup. 3/ chambres pas du tout spacieuses comparées à des 3 étoiles (je dors plus de 150 nuits à l’hôtel, tout au long de l’année). Hotels.com ont été réactifs et force de proposition en nous proposons de changer d’hôtel, mais tout été complet en cette période. Séjour très correct.
