It was located near everything. But I think they should care more about the cleaning. Happy culture means save the earth, not save the cleaning.

First of all, the day I checked out, a young male employee at Reception was racist. Not all Asians are Chinese. I think it is the least thoughtless and low-grade racial discrimination to call an Asian citizen Nihao without asking for nationality. He didn't apologize. The last memory of France is racism. This hotel is about five minutes away from the station. The female staff at the counter on weekdays was so sweet that they had a good first impression. There's an elevator, there's an air conditioner. That's all the good stuff. The room was full of dust. All the dusty objects such as window frames, TVs, closets and bed frames were dusty. The lights on the table were broken, and the refrigerator was turned on but as warm as the outdoor temperature. Cool water in the refrigerator warms up. There are only two receptacles on the table that are very inconvenient. All three bed sheets were clearly marked with someone's footprints. I asked for a change, but I refused to change it once on the third day. It was the fifth day of the stay. The whole family suffered from the allergy of dust. I complained to the reception the next morning and changed it. It was the worst of all the hotels I've ever been in. I hope my later years are helpful to everyone.

My stay here was fantastic. Staff were nice and the room was clean. It is a great area and it is close to Metro Line 13 which connects you through Paris and to other main lines as well. All and all, a great experience.

Chambre exiguë, pas de Chambre PMR, matelas Hyper dure, beaucoup de bruit tôt, on entend tout, pas insonorisée. TV mal positionner, mauvais séjours

2年前の宿泊よりリニューアルされており、部屋、バスルーム共綺麗で冷蔵庫も有りました。シャワー水圧以外は満足でした。

Chambre correcte mais mal insonorisée ( les activités « physiques » et bruyantes des voisins étaient très audibles de même que les bruits du couloir). Le réceptionniste avait disparu à mon arrivée (21h30) et j’ai dû attendre 20 mn pour obtenir les clés de ma chambre….

The room was small but very clean. It’s a great choice for exploring the city.

Petit frigo et quelques sachets pour boissons chaudes...très appréciable

Quarto e banheiro muito sujos. Na varanda tinha lata de coca. Informações não muito claras ao cliente. Não voltarei e não indico pra ninguém! Chegamos da Disney no dia 02/12 por volta de 00:47 e o recepcionista estava dormindo! Ficamos um bom tempo do lado de fora batendo na porta e na janela e ninguém acordava para abrir!

Everyone was very helpful. The hotel room was very clean. The heater did not adjust up as much as we needed. The location was very close to the sites we wanted to see. I would definitely stay there again.

Bon accueil. Chambre simple, lit douillets avec des oreillers , eu assez chaud . Salle d eau correcte . Pour petit déjeuner , mini viennoiseries très bonnes. J aurais préfère bonne baguette plutôt que pains aux graines ☹️😒

The hotel was not very clean. On the first day, we asked the maids twice to change the bed sheets, but they didn’t. On the second day, they only tidied up the room, and the sheets still were not changed. The floor was also dirty. The mattress was sagging, though still usable. Aside from these issues, the room itself was generally tidy. The location is decent, with bus and metro stops about a 10-minute walk away

Bonne hôtel bien placé pour le théâtre et gare Montparnasse. Propre personnel sympathique.
