It was located near everything. But I think they should care more about the cleaning. Happy culture means save the earth, not save the cleaning.

First of all, the day I checked out, a young male employee at Reception was racist. Not all Asians are Chinese. I think it is the least thoughtless and low-grade racial discrimination to call an Asian citizen Nihao without asking for nationality. He didn't apologize. The last memory of France is racism. This hotel is about five minutes away from the station. The female staff at the counter on weekdays was so sweet that they had a good first impression. There's an elevator, there's an air conditioner. That's all the good stuff. The room was full of dust. All the dusty objects such as window frames, TVs, closets and bed frames were dusty. The lights on the table were broken, and the refrigerator was turned on but as warm as the outdoor temperature. Cool water in the refrigerator warms up. There are only two receptacles on the table that are very inconvenient. All three bed sheets were clearly marked with someone's footprints. I asked for a change, but I refused to change it once on the third day. It was the fifth day of the stay. The whole family suffered from the allergy of dust. I complained to the reception the next morning and changed it. It was the worst of all the hotels I've ever been in. I hope my later years are helpful to everyone.

Bon quartier, nombreux commerces!

The hotel was not very clean. On the first day, we asked the maids twice to change the bed sheets, but they didn’t. On the second day, they only tidied up the room, and the sheets still were not changed. The floor was also dirty. The mattress was sagging, though still usable. Aside from these issues, the room itself was generally tidy. The location is decent, with bus and metro stops about a 10-minute walk away

Bonne hôtel bien placé pour le théâtre et gare Montparnasse. Propre personnel sympathique.

El trato al huésped por parte de el recepcionista Francisco es terrible. Contraté desayuno incluido en Expedia y al último día Francisco, me avisó que no estaba incluido. Y sólo me dijo “paguen”, de una forma muy grosera. Las camas tienen colchones en mal estado. No volvería a ese hotel. No lo recomiendo.

It was OK. The room was pretty small and the fact the shower was the bathroom made things a bit more tricky, but it worked for an overnight. A positive point: the gentleman at the 'accueil' was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, nice views, plenty of shopping and food, bakery next door, easy access to metro and bus, will stay there again

This hotel offers refreshing air conditioning, making it a comfortable stay! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The towels could use a refresh, as some had stains. Wi-Fi connection takes a moment to establish, but once connected, it works smoothly. The elevator is compact but functional. We enjoyed restful sleep and loved the convenience of a charming boulangerie just around the corner. Overall, a solid 3-star experience. Thank you!

Petit hôtel bien placé (accès direct à plusieurs gares par le métro Pernetti ou Alésia), très calme, personnel très serviable

Hotel bom, mas pode melhorar. Chegamos e tivemos problemas com o banheiro (lixo cheio e sem porta no box, o que deixava o banheiro todo alagado). No dia seguinte, nos trocaram de quarto e a situação estava melhor. Perto de estação de metrô, o que facilita muito. Bairro é bom.

Located at in a nice quiet area with little restaurants. You get the vibe of everyday Parisian life. There’s parks and close to Pernety station. The building is classic with comfortable beds and nice modern bathroom. Rooms are small but just what you need after a long walk around the city. Is good option for a budget friendly hotel.
