오래된 호텔이라 건물이 좋지는 않다. 그래도 굉장히 깨끗하게 관리되어있고 수영장, 스팀룸, 사우나가 좋았다. 직원들이 친절하다. 아침을 안 먹어서 조식은 모르겠다. 도빌 중심지로는 걸어서 10분. Old but tidy. swimming fool, steam room, sauna is nice. Good service. I don't know about breakfast. 10min to center by walk.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé avec un personnel à l'écoute, très professionnel et réactif. Locaux très spacieux et grande chambre. Déco un peu datée et parfum trop fort dans les couloirs. Cabine de douche très vielle. Déco chambre à l'ancienne.

All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine

This is a very nice hotel, just across the large Deauville beach. Room was big enough, big bathroom in superb condition and very clean. Excellent breakfast. Rooms could be a bit in better shape, given that this is a 5 star hotel. And room service could have been more focused in details: for instance, a seagull left a little "present" in one of our windows, and 2 or 3 full days passed without the room service cleaning it. But overall, a very nice option for this charming town.

Accueil et personnel au petit soin. Salle de bain mérite vraiment un coup de neuf. Et le SPA est vraiment petit.

The hotel is beautiful my only complaint is that there is not a shower in the bathroom only a shower head in the bath. Also having the toilet separate with no hand washing felt a little unhygienic

I just returned to this hotel after 10 years and overall I was very disappointed. The hotel is very outdated and needs a full refurb. Bathrooms are from the 80s. There are cracks on the facade and on the asphalt in front of the hotel and by the pool area. The pool area have employed young inexperienced staff. Once we arrived to the hotel we headed straight to the pool area to have a late lunch. We were given a table which supposedly had been cleaned and set up for us but which had pieces of spaghetti in gaps on the table, also bread crumbs and parmesan from previous guests on the placemats, seriously disgusting. When I informed the waitress, she didn’t even apologise, tried to remove some of the spaghetti which was trapped in a gap on the table and just said “sorry my fingers aren’t small enough to remove the rest”. She could have just come with a knife or scissors to scrape it up. Also when we arrived to lie down by the pool, nobody even checked if we were from the hotel and though the poolboy saw that I was struggling to raise the parasol, he didnt do anything. I had to waive and call for him to come over. At breakfast the avocado at the buffet was mouldy- anyone could see that with the naked eye. The only positives: the bar which has a very nice feel to it, the location, and last but not least the concierge Frank. He is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly and goes above and beyond!! That said, I will not be returning.

Iconic hotel in Deauville but needs some renovation. Old and small rooms. Swimming pool in poor condition...

Réservation d'une nuit en chambre supérieure à environ 340 euros la nuit. (6-7mai 2023) Points positif: - personnel très prévenant - ménage correctement réalisé dans la chambre et la salle de bain - la hauteur des plafonds - la vue de la chambre - accès au spa - matelas confortable - proximité de la plage, du casino et de la zone commerciale Points négatifs: - de nombreuses tâches sur les revêtements en tissu des murs un peu partout dans la chambre, décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. - la lunette des toilettes était abimée (honteux pour un hôtel de ce standing) - l'ensemble du mobilier présentait de nombreuses traces de chocs. En conclusion, petite déception concernant l'état général de la chambre pour le prix payé. Les chambres défraichies sont sûrement réservées aux personnes utilisant les plateformes de réservations comme Hotel.com.

Nous avions réservé ce 5 étoiles car à Deauville on pensait que c’était fantastique. En réalité l’hôtel est vieillissant ( moquette tachée ++etc ..) Sous la fenêtre de la chambre il y avait une place de livraison donc beaucoup de bruits le matin. Hôtel peu rempli mais malgré tout chambre d’à côté louée également avec du bruit (personne qui tousse etc..discussion entendue..). Décevant pour le prix.
