En placement intéressant, tout un périmètre sans utiliser la voiture Manque de fraîcheur dans l’entrée de l’hôtel , un peu de désordre Personnel super Hôtel à recommander pour son prix

Séjour éclair pour raison de fête de Noël. très bon accueil. bonne literie. en revanche pour une chambre de trois personnes il n'y avait qu'un oreiller et qu'une serviette dans la salle d'eau très petite. Chambre et salle d'eau à rafraîchir. Cependant, le rapport qualité/prix reste en adéquation.

Punaise de lit hôtel à traité complètement malheureusement

We arrived a day earlier than our booking and we were accommodated in the upstairs room (with ensuite added) in original old wooden at the back of the garden. It was lovely to be separate from the main hotel building and the charming manageress said we could stay on up there if we wanted for the rest of our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the main centre of town but also is just near the main railway station, metro and bus stops so really good access. Also there are good restaurants and a bakery cafe five minutes walk away too.

Correct value for money spent. No luxury but it's so much convenient, so close to the railways station and City Center. You can walk easily.

Read somewhere “hobbit room” so that was convincing enough for me. Super cool authentic French style budget spot. Small but perfect location to walk the main street into the city center. Hip neighborhood near coffee & Gare De Rouen (train station)

Très bon accueil. Pas de petit déjeuner avant 7h30. Chambre moyennement confortable et vieillotte.

J'ai bien aimé le lit, confortable. Je n'ai pas aimé le manque de climatisation

Accueil sympa. Chambre single à déconseiller. Petit, vétuste

Aucun réseau wifi ne fonctionnait, c'est de la publicité mensongère. Pour le reste le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner fort agréable.

Chambre petite, insectes dans les chambre, accueil pas vraiment commerçant. Je ne le recommanderais pas.

The entrance and lobby of the hotel was acceptable in that homey, historical European style. However, I was given a room located off the courtyard. It was a hovel ready to be used by a hobbit. The door did not open entirely and you could barely fit inside the bathroom let alone the shower. The room was outdated with old wood paneling and and worn carpets and bedding. Further, it had no A/C nor even a fan. Europe is too warm in the summer for you to list hotels without A/C. They seem to be in denial. They have A/C at home yet none in the hotels. Not even a fan like in the olden days.

Très proche de la gare, état de la chambre très moyen

Chambre avec confort minimum un peu vieillot mais propre. Accueil super agréable avec le sourire. Cela me suffisait. L'hôtel est placé à 2 pas de la Gare Rouen Rive droite et à 10 à peine du centre ville historique. C'était ma 2ème visite dans cet hôtel.

Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and the main streets. The cathedral is ~15 mins away by foot.

It was perfect for an overnight stay whilst enroute. The lady was very friendly and helpful - the hotel is what it is - what I expected - I wasn't enthused but nor was I was disappointed - and nor would I rule out staying overnight again
