I did find a used takeout food bag in my room when I checked in, the front desk was weird about keeping the key (sometimes id just forget) and they became straight up pushy, which was uncomfortable. The rooms are extremely small and building is old and smells as such, making it a fine place to stay for a couple nights if solo. Not ideal for more than that or with two people or you start to go crazy. Maybe better if you are in a room that isn’t taken up entirely by the bed, I could find it charming that way

Værelset levede ikke helt op til forventningerne fra billederne, men hotellet var generelt superhyggeligt, personalet var fantastiske søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var lille men god og de serverede rigtig god kaffe. Meget roligt område, det var dejligt. Vi oplevede kun én nat hvor der var ret lyt mellem værelserne - men vi kan bare have været uheldige med værelsesnaboen. Tæt på hotellet ligger upperclass shopping som fx Chanel, og 20 min. gågang finder man også et fint lille shoppingcenter.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful room and the family suite was big enough for my family of 4. Everything was super clean and chic. Would give a 5 star, but the hotel owner charged €90 for a stolen key replacement that was a part of a purse snatching. The cost seems excessive for a not-at-fault reason.

The hotel itself is nice enough and the area very safe and pleasant. However the room felt like a glorified cupboard. The sound proofing is poor and the safe is not large enough to store bigger items like laptops/tablets. There is also no additional lock on the inside of the bedrooms. The bathroom had no hooks to hang towels and the shower tray filled up quickly, presumably due to a blocked drain.

Toutefois, au préalable, les photos des chambres montrées sur le site devraient correspondre à chacune de celles-ci. La présentation d'une série pêle-mêle de ces photos a engendré de la confusion au moment de choisir la chambre qui devait correspondre à nos besoins.

This is a ridiculously overpriced property. While the location is enviable, the hotel itself is nothing to write home about. The staff is not particularly friendly nor helpful. The first room I was assigned was nothing more than a closet with a window. After I complained, I was told that I had reserved a regular or standard room. I was then offered a slightly better room but still unacceptable for 230 euros per night. There is not even space to set a roller bag open. Half of the tiny closet is occupied by machinery. The bathroom is small and not very well set up (no room for toilet paper dispenser). There is a bathtub with a glass partition seemingly to allow showers but no hook for a shower head. Not a good experience. In fact, this is a rip off.

The hotel is kind of old style but I mean it in a good way! The decor of the building and rooms is very classic, you have to leave the key (one!) at reception every time you leave the property, you need to interact with someone every time you need something, including entering the property after a certain hour. And yet I found it somewhat refreshing, it kind of reminds you to take things a bit slower. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the fridge, the coffee machine, and kettle are very useful if you want to stay in and have a cup of tea or enjoy a simple wine, bread and French cheese dinner. A special thanks to Marianne, Kevin, and Brian who were always friendly and welcomed with a smile our (probably silly) attempts at speaking French!

The hotel was in a fantastic location for our stay, the welcome was very warm and the space available for guests to relax in the reception area was really pleasant. The arrangements with a local gym are fantastic given the size of the hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a more friendly service. The only slight drawbacks were the size of the beds (quite small for my wife and I), and the rooms did get a little warm, with the air conditioning not appearing to "cool" the rooms. However, overall an excellent stay.

Had the best time staying at this property. The staff was wonderful. They were all so sweet and helpful. Our room was perfect. We stayed in the suite and the views were great. We had a terrace and a street view. Location is in a very safe area. Would definitely come back!!

We never arrived to the hotel since the trainssytem in Germany broke down. We called and e-mailed to try to rebook our stay but still haven't heard from the hotel. So we have no ide of how it's like to stay at this hotel.
