Good hotel in a nice area and within easy reach of the Metro. Excellent local bars and Brasserie serving delicious food, the Boulangerie was excellent and extremely popular. The hotel decor was tired in places but very clean

Très bon accueil et équipe très chaleureuse at serviable, vraiment important à signaler. L’hotel est propre et sur. L’emplacement est proche du métro et donc accès facile et rapide pour aller à Paris.

Tres bonne option d'hotel en centre ville d'Issy avec accès au metro à 2 pas (ligne 14). Souvent un peu cher quand même....probablement trop demandé.

Séjour très court mais prévu à l'heure et à la journée. Très bien placé malgré momentanément le métro bloqué! Sinon accueil à 15h + retour à 23h et le départ à 11h, toujours des personnes très sympathiques, attentives à vos besoins! Un hôtel propre correspondant à notre choix c'est bien, plus un côté écologique c'est mieux, mais un personnel au top, remerciez les c'est important pour nous surtout quand nous avez fait 10 h de route!!! We booked 6 nights and were extremely disappointed. The carpet in the room felt disgusting and was most likely the source of a constant bad smell. There was no proper ventilation, and the air conditioning kept turning off on its own, forcing us to wake up several times during the night to turn it back on. The water kettle had to be moved across the room to find a usable outlet. The security locker didn't work at all when we arrived, and we had to report it to get it opened. The shower flooded due to poor drainage, though it was fixed after we complained. Worst of all, the car elevator broke down and we couldn't access our car, completely ruining an evening in Paris. The hotel offered only a 2-day parking refund and ignored how serious this issue was. If this had happened on our checkout day, it would have been a disaster. It's clear the hotel lacks a reliable service provider for essential facilities. We requested a one-night refund and a full parking refund, which was denied. For the price we paid, this stay was unacceptable. Poor maintenance and lack of guest care made the entire experience frustrating.

The bathroom was flooding every time one takes shower. The A/C wasn’t working properly in one of the rooms. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to the metro station.

One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. Top notch.
