오텔 브리타니 오페라

가격대비 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 다시 여행을 간다면 비슷한 가격대의 민박을 하겠습니다. 호텔위치만 제외하고 모두 실망했습니다. 방의 카페트는 색이 어둡고, 지저분했습니다. 객실 크기도 좁습니다. 욕실의 샤워헤드, 방 입구 조명은 고장이 나서 정상적인 사용이 불가했습니다. 커튼을 열면 맞은 편에서 실내가 보이는 구조입니다. 거의 커튼을 닫아놓아 답답했습니다. 물론 주위 소음이 많아 창문을 열 수도 없었습니다. 다른 사람들에게 절대 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

여행2달전에 특가세일 행사때 예약을 했습니다. 지하철과도 가까운 위치고, 객실 실내도 깔끔해 보여서 예약을 했습니다. 하지만 호텔에 도착했을 때 당황스러움을 감출수 없었습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 도로공사를 하고 있어서, 먼지와 소음이 장난아니었습니다. 미리 세일 가격에 예약을 했기 때문에, 환불이나 취소도 안되고, 그냥 숙박할수밖에 없었습니다. 세일을 하는데 이유가 있었던 것입니다. 아침 8시 30분부터 저녁때까지 공사소음이 굉장합니다. 머리가 아플 지경입니다. 공사가 언제까지 할지는 모르지만 비추합니다. 직원들도 불친철하고 정말 실망스러운 숙소였습니다.

교통요지인 오페라와 가까워서 좋았고(도보 13분) 12호선 notre-dame-de-lorette 2번 출구에서 1분 거리여서 지하철 타고 밤늦게 들어올 때도 안전했습니다. 호텔 데스크 계신분들 친절하고 룸 상태도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 냉장고,슬리퍼,커피포트가 없어서 조금 불편했어요. 가격 대비 위치나 청결도는 좋았습니다!

Amei a experiência no Brittany. Passamos 5 dias no total, a localização é excelente, perto de vários pontos de transporte, o café da manhã é delicioso, a decoração do hotel é chique e bem cuidada. Staff amigável. Recomendo muito!

Fabulous hotel. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord, walking distance to everything you need. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff incredibly helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a “space” room - three adults. Was roomy by European standards. Great amenities, great bathroom. Super cofmortable beds. Pull out sofa was also very comfortable. Good coffee shop on the corner - Blondie. Shame the cocktail bar attached appeared dysfunct. We did not use the breakfast facilities. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if i was lucky enough to be returning to Paris.

Struttura rinnovata di recente, camera ampia, molto bella e con una bellissima vista, Personale molto gentile e molto disponibile. A 15 minuti a piedi dall’Opera Garnier, perfetto ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'hotel è in ottima posizione vicino alla fermata della metro linea verde e quindi ben collegato con tutta la città e le attrazioni da visitare. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile e buona la pulizia. Hotel che consiglio sicuramente!!!

I was spending over an hour trying to figoure out how the WiFi/chromecast situation worked and followed all the instructions- only to find out that the network was not working. And as my French is not the best, I had no option - so it made the entire stay quite useless for me

Friendly welcome and excellent location

Great location! Everything is very easy to access and there are lovely cafes nearby. However, the hotel is under renovation and we were not aware when we arrived to stay. It will be a lovely boutique hotel when finished, but the workers for the renovation outside our window in morning was not ideal.

Newly renovated hotel. Completely new bathrooms and bedrooms. Extremely clean. Great location!

I’ve booked many holidays through Expedia and have usually been very satisfied, but unfortunately our stay at Hotel Brittany Opéra in Paris was disappointing. Breakfast was included in our booking, but when we arrived we were told it would not be provided at all due to building works. This was only communicated at check-in, despite breakfast being one of the reasons we booked. The refund for the breakfasts was processed by Expedia, not the hotel, who failed to take responsibility. Our room on the 7th floor had scaffolding immediately outside the window, with workers present. We had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The building works caused loud hammering and drilling, starting as early as 8:30am and continuing until after 9:30pm. We complained to Reception, but the noise continued for another 20 minutes that night and resumed early the next morning. The location is convenient and the room itself was fine (if a little cramped), but the lack of transparency about the scale and timing of works, plus the removal of breakfast without advance warning, made this stay very disappointing.
