호텔 카레 뷰 포르

렌트한 차는 호텔에서 추천 한 주차장에서 안전하게 잘 이용했습니다. 프랑스 사람들 조차 마르세이유 치안을 걱정해주던데 다행히 문제되는 일은 전혀 없었습니다. 연말/연초 호텔에서 묵었는데 새해 맞이 작은 불꽃놀이가 호텔앞에서 있었어요. (12월 31일 호텔직원에서 물어보 잘 모르던데, 당일 폭죽소리로 알았습니다.) 주변에 상점, 슈퍼 많았고, 1월초까지 크리스마스 마켓 오픈되어 있었습니다. 위치 가격 모두 만족했습니다.

스탭들이 매우 친절했습니다. 한국어 공부하신다는 직원분이 방까지 안내해 주셨고, 부득이 냉동고 이용 요청드렸는데 수락해 주셨습니다. 항구 바로 앞이라 산책하기 좋았고, 까르푸와 시장도 가까워서 맛있는 음식도 쉽게 사먹을 수 있었습니다. 다만 방이 좀 작고 에어컨 성능개선이 필요합니다.

위치는 더할나위없이 좋았고 친절한 직원들 덕분에 편히 이용할 수 있었다.

전반적으로 나쁘지는 않으나, 호텔가격이 저렴한만큼 내부 시설은 떨어집니다. 구 항구 바로 근처에 있어 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 프론트 직원들이 친절합니다.

The location of this hotel was perfect. The location very close to the old port allowed me to stay comfortably. The lack of indoor slippers was the only downside ;)

마르세유 구항 중심에 위치한 호텔로 구항 주변을 둘러보기 위해서 좋은 위치임. 주차는 인근 지하 주차장을 이용해야 하며 차량을 이용하는 경우 막다른 길이므로 주의할 필요가 있음.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. The room didn’t have a view (looked at a wall but the wall had art!), but overall it was comfortable and quiet. Staff were great and were patient with our poor French. They all spoke excellent English and were kind. Great stay.

First let me say the service was not just excellent, it was extraordinary. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay “perfect”. I want to compliment Lea and Irena who were amazing. Now having said that, the tv navigation is not user friendly and this is coming from someone who travels quite a bit. I have never had so much difficulty operating a remote. I think they should have instructions printed and placed in the room. I ended up being moved to another room which they did because I wanted to make sure I had a room with the TV that worked since the first room the TV not only did not work, but there was also no hot water. In the end, I had a room with hot water and an operational TV, which was nice. They did end up having to shut off the water for the entire hotel the day I was leaving so that the technicians could deal with whatever the problem was. They mentioned some sort of safety concerns, but I didn’t completely follow the explanation. The hotel is in a great location with like I said extraordinary service. If I go back, I would want to make sure that the plumbing issues have been resolved. I am sure that that might’ve already been done by the time this review gets posted.

I can’t believe this hotel charged such a reasonable price 250 Cdn for its quality and location. Steps from the main plaza at the Vieux Port, and then a wealth of cafes, shops, the artisan market, a big public square in the other. I’m going to stay here every time if the price stays reasonable. Rooms are modest size but not uncomfortably small and the whole hotel has lovely little design touches. I could line on the cool modern squishy couch in the lobby. Every staff member extremely pleasant and helpful

Bon emplacement, un peu bruyant le soir ... Chambre propre à part des remontés de canalisations dès qu'on utilise la salle de bains... bon buffet petit déjeuner copieux qu'on peut aussi déguster sur la terrasse...personnel très sympathique... ça reste un bon hôtel pour un week-end ça tout est à proximité, commerce, port, restaurant, métro...

We liked our stay very much. Location is absolutely perfect. So is breakdast.Our room was rather small but very modern and convenient, perfect for a short stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Fine for a short stay. Bed linens and furniture were a little tired-looking. Room was clean enough but could be better. The weather was chilly for May and our room was freezing the whole time, heating seemed to blow cold air.

Very comfortable and convenient, great location. Shower was terrific, the bed comfortable, the breakfast outstanding (great scrambled eggs). The staff was friendly and clear. We had a super night’s sleep. Highly recommended!
