숙박을 해봤어야 평가를 하지 뭐 이딴 메일을 보내세요? 호텔스닷컴에서 예약하고 예약확인 메일도 받았는데 호텔에 가보니 예약확인이 안된다고 하네요 호텔스닷컴 예약관리를 왜 그따구로 하세요? 예약확인 안되서 부랴부랴 근처 다른 호텔에서 묵었어요 이 사이트 다시는 이용할 일 없겠네요 환불 불가 옵션으로 예약해서 예약 취소해도 환불도 안된다는데 어쩌자는건지

스탭들도 친절하고 위치가 특히 좋았습니다. 다만 방이 좀 협소한 것이 흠.

Chambre mansardée pour 3 en faite le troisième n'a que 30 cm au dessus de son lit - impossible de se retourner sans se cogner. La douche les genoux flechis pour ne pas se cogner dans le plafond. Le bruit de la machinerie se l ascenseur toute la nuit

Bei der Ankunft wollte ich in bar bezahlen. Der Typ an der Reception hat sich geweigert mir eine Quittung dafür auszustellen. Ich musste dann mit Karte bezahlen. Das Kartenlimit war somit so gut wie aufgebraucht. Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris muss man am besten ein bis zwei Tage vorher online buchen. Und mit Karte bezahlen. Aber das Limit was so gut wie weg. Der ganze Urlaub mit zwei Kinder war dadurch zerstört. Zimmerservice bezahlt man zwar mit wurde aber nicht jeden Tag gemacht. Ich kann jedem von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten.

Ei dia que llegamos al hotel y no registramos no nos informo el personal de recepción que estaba dañada la caldera de agua caliente, nos percatamos de eso al subir al cuarto por el elevador donde estaba un letro informandolo. El primer dia nos bañamos con agua fria pero fria. El desayuno bufete no vale la pena pagarlo demasiado basico , la habitacion sencilla, la ubicación si nos gusto. De nuetro viaje de 25 noches, por varias Ciudades y Paises por Europa, este es unico hotel al que no regresaría

Great location, friendly helpful staff, modern compact room with nice bathroom, shower over bath with no hand rails, very high step into bathtub. Could be a challenge if you are compromised. Nice breakfast, however only sound out there were cooked eggs available to order because another guest ordered. Staff were not forthcoming with this information. Not a deal breaker!

This room was tiny! Too small for my wife and I to be in the room with 2 open suitcases. Bathroom was also small. No room for me and my long legs to sit on the toilet. No chairs, no table/desk. It was less than relaxing to be in the room. Bed was too small for 2 adults. Street noise all night long…Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would not stay here again

I loved the welcoming atmosphere of the staffs, the location, the bathtab and the small fridge. I'd love to stay there again for sure! For negative sides, there seem to be a few types of single room, and the size of the bed is different. On the last stay, I could sleep in a wider bed as in the picture, but this time I was assigned a single bed(90×190cm) as stated in the description. In addition, although there are windows, they are facing a courtyard and barely letting the sunshine in, which is a bit daunting. But if you spend most of the time outside the hotel and come back just for sleep, you may not mind it so much. And there were marks on my pillow cover from the start, so I hope they will improve the laundry. But these negative points are overweighed by the positives for me, and overall I recommend this hotel very much!

We felt welcome by all the staff member in the hotel from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service. The rooms are well decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast has many choices. Easy to get around. Would stay here again for sure.

There is no counter space by the bathroom sink, for toiletries: there is toilet paper, almost empty shampoo by the shower and Kleenex and that’s it. No soap, no lotion, no shower cap nothing. The shower towel I had on my first day is worn out and tattered. There is a fridge in the room but it is full of hotel merchandize and there is no room to put your stuff. They take the room key when you go out and it made me feel unsafe. The bedside table is wobbly and I didn’t trust it will hold if I put my water bottle. The elevator is very small. The left side of the bed is 17 inches from the wall and the right side of the bed is only 6 inches from the wall and I can’t get to the bed by that side for it’s too narrow. Distance between sink and toilet is 18 inches. The distance between toilet and wall is 7 inches and between toilet and bathtub is also 7 inches. My room in this hotel has very dirty floor. The floor has brown carpet and there are so many dirty stained spots on the carpet and the high traffic area by the room door and by the bathroom door are even dirtier and more stained. I was treated harshly, mocked and made fun of by hotel staff for commenting about the very dirty carpet in my room.

This hotel is managed the nicest and friendlies person, the staff is also friendly, and they try to understand you even if you don't speak French. Lots of great dining, shopping is unbelievable, not even 2 blocks to the Metro. Very walkable area as well.

Very small rooms and bathrooms, housekeeping smelled causing the rooms to smell also. Floors were dirty and stained, beds were very hard
